Rimani nel nostro condominio per una meravigliosa esperienza a Nashville! Parcheggio gratuito! Siamo situati in 1st Ave, vicino al fiume. Siamo tra il centro e Germantown e puoi facilmente raggiungere entrambi. C'è una piscina, un centro fitness e una lavanderia nel complesso condominiale a cui avrete accesso. A pochi passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni, tra cui tonk, ristoranti, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, LP Fiend e molto altro ancora! NOTA: abbiamo un minimo di 3 notti per soggiorni di fine settimana e festivi. Non prenotare istantaneamente a meno che tu non sia in grado di soddisfare questi requisiti, ma inviaci una nota che ci chiede se possiamo fare un'eccezione (prima della prenotazione).

Dopo tutto il divertimento, torna a rilassarti in questo condominio tranquillo, spazioso e confortevole. Il nostro condominio è stato rinnovato solo pochi anni fa ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e lavorare durante il viaggio. All'interno dell'unità troverai tutti i mobili, i servizi e le altre necessità per rendere piacevole il tuo viaggio. Una cucina completamente attrezzata. Nuovissimo morbido letto matrimoniale, un letto full size e un grande divano a forma di L perfetto per schiantarsi. Possiamo anche fornire un materasso gonfiabile disponibile se necessario. TV a schermo piatto HD con cavo e internet ad alta velocità. Asciugamani, saponi, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e articoli di avviamento come asciugamani di carta e carta igienica.

Abbiamo un parcheggio gratuito proprio accanto al condominio. Dal condominio, si ha una vista sul bellissimo skyline di Nashville. Alloggiare in questo appartamento ti dà accesso a una piscina, palestra e lavatrice / asciugatrice. È un edificio molto sicuro. Tutti gli inquilini hanno concordato una No Party Policy con un'ordinanza sul rumore rigorosamente applicata in modo da non avere vicini rumorosi.

Everything was as described, it was clean and beds were comfortable. It is a small but very cute space! The walk to Broadway was a little long since it was chilly/windy, but we could have easily gotten Uber too, would have been a nice walk in better weather. We didn’t use any amenities as we were basically only there to sleep, so can’t speak on those.

This property is located on the river and has very quick access via Uber to downtown and the rest of Germantown. The place was small but cute and would be nice for a party of 2-4, maybe another or two if you don't mind sleeping in the top of a bunk bed. The property will be much nicer after all the massive construction around the property it is done - no immediate access to coffee shops, breakfast, a drink, bit to eat, etc. Walking is fine too during the day, but at night you are walking near construction sites and/or the cement plant along the walking trail that are not well lit for good stretches. Off-street parking was very convenient and host was very responsive. Small issues like the rugs needed cleaning, but she said they were addressing this and a few other minor issues we pointed out to her.

Was a nice, clean, and cozy space that gave easy access to Germantown and Broadway. Only spent one night but was a great experience. Ample free parking for friend group coming from different places was a big bonus.

My friends and I had an amazing time here. It is centrally located to a lot of great spots in Nashville. Everything was very clean and host was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had cowboy hats available if we wanted to use them. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay for a quick girls trip to Nash! The place was so cute and maximized the space well! Communication with host was easy and efficient! Would definitely stay there again!

I love this area to stay in Nashville. Communication with Genevieve was fantastic. There were a couple things that i mentioned upon arrival and someone came out within the hour. Looks like the condo was closed for the winter and needs a little cleaning. But a wonderful stay, comfy beds, spacious and fun.

We were 5 girls in Nashville for a quick trip and concert. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 min (easy) walk to broadway. We did Uber home from downtown every night for about $8-10. There is also a fun area about 3 blocks away with bars /restaurants . The condo was not large, but we knew that. There was plenty of sleeping space for all 5 of us comfortably. The condo is set up to maximize the space available. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable- even the top bunk! We used the pool 2 days, it was steps from the condo and very nice to Relax by during the hots days and before going downtown . Great stay! Would recommend!

5 ladies stayed. It was a nice place a little smaller than pictured but worked well for our 5 day stay.we love to walk and so it worked good for us. We would walk during daytime and Uber or Lyft at night. Pool was nice and close and enjoyed our time there. Probably not a big deal but no kitchen towels or washcloths… just used Bathroom towels. All in All would stay again.

This rental was easy to get to and walkable to many bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. Host was very attentive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nashville. Thanks for letting us stay!

The listing was 100% accurate there was more than enough space to sleep 6-8 people, riverfront view (plus the Tennessee Titans stadium was right outside the window!). The location was also phenomenal because the unit was only 1.2 miles away from Broadway Street ($10-16 Uber/Lyft ride or a 10-minute electric scooter ride across the riverfront). I would highly recommend booking your stay here if you have a large group!

Overall the condo is nice and while the location is close (20 minutes or so walking) to downtown, it is located in an industrial section of town right next to a concrete plant and railroad line. We got a lot of noise from those as well as a noisy upstairs neighbor. Condo was comfortable for both of us but any more than two adults would be crowded with only a single bathroom.

The location was good and the place was clean but it was a smaller area for 6 guests. I wouldn’t pack it out again if I could redo. The lady who runs the listing comes across as very stand-offish and if you ask a question it seems like you’re bothering her. Again nice place and I’m sure she’s not actually a mean person it just comes across as a little bit of a lack of hospitality.
