We are next to Belmont, Vanderbilt, 12 South & Wedgewood-Houston. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Attached Garage + Rooftop Patio - this home is welcoming, stylish, and minutes from downtown. Enjoy the rooftop firepit, or share a meal in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen. Only 2 miles to downtown Broadway bars. Washer/Dryer. Tasteful & comfortable furnishings - you will not want to leave!

No car needed. Plenty of places you can walk to. Ubers and Lyfts easily available.

Please note there are many stairs in this home. Also, we do not supply the propane for the gas firepit on the patio. There may be some left over from a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up at the grocery store. There are some tarps on the outside of the building due to work happening. No work will be going on during your stay though.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not host anyone Local to Nashville, which includes anyone with a Local phone number.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights at the property but it was ideal for the time we were there.Location was good as it was abt 25 minutes to walk to Broadway and the hub of Nashville. Also easy access by road to the Grand Ole Opry which is a must. Despite being on a main road, noise was not a problem.The house was very spacious, comfortable and the added bonus of the rooftop area to sit and have a few drinks in the evening was perfect.Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville who are happy not staying in the centre.

This property was so nice. Everything was clean and it exceeded my expectations. It was in a perfect location. My friends and I really enjoyed the rooftop to hang out and talk. Everything was clean and exactly like the listing. I would definitely rebook!
