Questa lussuosa casa vacanze è una delle sei bellissime case a schiera - In una POSIZIONE PRIMA, a solo una traversa da West End Avenue, che si trasforma in Broadway / Downtown, a soli 4 minuti da Uber a tutti i bar e ristoranti di Midtown, e letteralmente direttamente dietro il Loews Vanderbilt Hotel ... Non c'è niente di meglio! :) Questi sono di alto livello, progettati per le case dei 9 disposti a ospitare comodamente 12 persone in 4 magnifiche camere da letto! La nostra parte preferita della casa è l'open space, che è perfetto per la raccolta, e anche l'incredibile spazio di vita all'aperto! Lauren and Jen are amazing! They gave recommendations on everything you need to have a great time while in Nashville. The hone is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need including snacks and drinks. The home is in a great location. I'd definitely recommend staying here to others.

To start off during the booking process the host was so helpful answering any questions and sending recommendations for the trip. Then upon arrival the house was beyond perfect, it was huge, had everything you could have needed and more. The snacks and drinks were a generous touch. She made this vacation so much easier and less stressful. I would 100% book with this host again, she was beyond amazing! The house is a short ride away from everything, has so many food options near by. Could not have been a better trip!

Fun fact…stayed in the house 5 years ago on my very 1st trip to Nashville…..5 years later, we booked and at the time I didn’t realize it was the same house until a few months before our trip. The house is still just as new looking and clean as it was 5 years ago!! I have been dealing with Lauren and she is the absolute best! Highly recommend this house and location. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars in every category!

Awesome experience

We rented 3 of these townhouses for our group’s sales leadership offsite in Nashville. Everything about our experience here was amazing. The hosts were super communicative and the schedule allowed for us to have early check in since most of our group landed around noon. The houses came stocked with a small variety of snacks, water, coffee and coke products which was such a nice surprise considering our instantcart order wouldn’t be delivered for a few hours after check in. We had a chef come in the first night and the kitchen was stocked with everything she needed - plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and the house overall was very clean. The TVs all had YouTubetv and screen mirroring capabilities which worked perfectly for our presentation day! One of the best things in my opinion was NO CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT. Yes, you read that correctly. It was so nice as the organizer of this trip not having to make sure all 3 houses had linens striped, fridges cleaned out, dishes done, trashes emptied, etc. The location was also great. Right around the corner from Vandy, and a short ride over to the Gultch and Broadway. Our group would absolutely stay at any of these properties again!

Friends get away

Perfect location! Safe and walkable area. The owners were so accommodating and thought of every little detail to welcome you into their home. Owners have great attraction and restaurants recommendation, very detailed instructions and allowed a late check out last minute.

Nashville Bach!

We stayed at Jen and Lauren's home for a bachelorette trip in Nashville and could not have asked for a better experience! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating - offering great recommendations on things to do and place to go, which really helped us make the most of our trip. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious - perfect for our group. Everyone felt extremely comfortable the entire stay. It was a very thoughtful gesture for snacks and drinks to be provided upon our arrival to the house. Communication with Jen and Lauren were seamless; they were always quick to respond and super helpful, which made everything so easy and stress-free! We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend for any group visiting Nashville!

Amazing stay for multi generational gathering

The home was clean, fully furnished with room for 4 cars 10 adults and 2 kids. The owners were very accommodating, with excellent communication. We could not have asked for a better place. 100% will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Excellent property! Can’t beat the location, updated, and chock full of conveniences. (The provided snacks were a nice touch!) The surrounding streets can get noisy (concerts, etc.), but hard to fault the property for that - it is Nashville after all. We loved our stay!

40th birthday

4 couples went to celebrate 40th birthday. The house gave plenty of room with each couple having their own bed and bath. Located 5-10 min from everything. Host/manager was on top of all the things. We had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Check in and check out were super simple. Would highly recommend.

Best Stay in Nashville

This was our 7th time in Nashville recently and this was the best place we have stayed so far! It was a great location and always easy to get an uber to Broadway! We were able to do early check in and the process was very easy! There was plenty of parking space available and could even fit a large SUV in the garage! The host Lauren was amazing and did a great job of letting us know details and would respond quickly to any questions we had! The house was spotless and had everything you needed! They even provided some snacks and drinks as well, which was very thoughtful! I would definitely book this house again in the future. We had 12 people stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone! I highly recommend this unit for anyone with a larger party wanting to stay together!

Amazing Trip!

This was our first time in Nashville and we celebrated my husband’s 50th with close friends. We could not have asked for better accommodations! The house was beyond gorgeous and in a perfect location. The service and communication from Lauren and her team was top tier. We will never forget this trip and will definitely be back!
