Shelby House / East Nashville / Fur Babies Benvenuti

Mid-Century Brick Ranch: semplice ed efficiente. Cosa posso dire di più: adoro questa casa e questa posizione. Ognuna delle tre camere da letto private ha un letto matrimoniale, comodo, letto matrimoniale e spazio per tutte le tue cose. Tutti condividono il bagno, ma sorprendentemente funziona meglio di quanto si pensi. La connessione Internet wireless ti terrà connesso, la TV via cavo ti terrà informato.  Il calore e l'aria centrali ti terranno a tuo agio.  Vengono forniti anche materiali di consumo come asciugamani di carta, sapone e TP.  Altri servizi standard includono lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina completa, piano cottura, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Il tavolo della cucina è unico. Un artista metal locale ha realizzato il boomerang e può ospitare 4 persone. Sul retro c'è un portico chiuso, un tavolo da pranzo informale per 4 persone e una griglia a carbone nel patio in pietra.

I tuoi familiari pelosi a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti. Sono ammessi animali domestici con la loro adeguata supervisione. C'è una porta per cani nella lavanderia che conduce nel cortile recintato. Ha un grande albero con scoiattoli. In fondo alla strada c'è lo Shelby Dog Park. Chiediamo che gli animali domestici vengano messi in cassa quando lasciati soli in casa.

Circa 1,5 miglia lungo la strada si trova il bordo orientale del fiume Cumberland e il ponte pedonale di Shelby Avenue. Il parcheggio qui a volte è gratuito e puoi attraversare il ponte nella zona di Lower Broadway. Una volta in centro ci sono altre opzioni di trasporto tra cui il bus verde gratuito Music City Circuit. Qui troverai la Country Music Hall of Fame, tonk dal suono come Tootsies and Legends, il negozio di stampa Hatch Show, Music City Center, Wildhorse Saloon e molto altro.

A pochi passi si trovano la Shelby Bottoms Greenway e il Parco naturale. È uno dei veri gioielli del sistema Park e Greenway di Metro. Questo parco di 810 acri offre 5 miglia di sentieri pavimentati multiuso e altri 5 miglia di sentieri escursionistici primitivi. Lungo i sentieri, i visitatori possono godere di passerelle, panorami panoramici, stazioni interpretative e sette ponti rustici. La zona è ben nota come un paradiso per gli uccelli migratori e altri animali selvatici.

La Shelby House, fondata nel 2006, rende il primo "VRBO" di East Nashville e da lì sono cresciuti i vicini di Nashville. Quando abbiamo allestito questa casa nel maggio di quell'anno, il nostro agente immobiliare Maggie ha messo in dubbio la fattibilità. Home Away from Home

2nd stay at Shelby House! We love the location, the home and all of the conveniences it affords. Two of my daughters and I traveled from Texas to visit my other daughter that lives in Nashville. Looking forward to returning to Shelby House in a few months!

Nice House. Good Area

Small but well equipped house. Only 2.4 miles from Broadway. Anything you need is close by on Gallaten Pk. Good size yard for me and my dog to play in. Its a little dated, but has everything you need. I would stay here again. Expensive in Canadian dolkars though: not the hosts' fault. Check out Urban Cowboy bar at Woodland and 16th

Nashville/UT vs Vanderbilt/Opry

We had an amazing 4 day and 3 night stay on Shelby lane with easy access to our destinations and local food and entertainment. This location is in a very safe neighborhood with a lot of character. The park is walking distance from the home and one of the best parks I have been to. The host were welcoming and allowed us to even check in a few hours early.

Little house with enough room for some personal space

Overall just what we needed. Kids had their own rooms to decompress in. Could have used a bit more living room seating. Couldnt really use the screened in porch, there was no lighting out there or in the back yard. Seemed liie the hot water didn't get very hot & didnt last very long

Long weekend Visiting Family and Friends

Home is clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. We were grateful they allowed our 3 poodles. The location is ideal, near downtown, the Nissan stadium, Germantown. We had a great time!

Temporary Stay

I booked this property for a client of ours and her family. They had some insurance repairs going on in their home that prevented them from living there while repairs were going on. My client had no complaints or issues at all during their stay. I worked out to be a great fit for their needs. This host was great to work with and very helpful. We would recommend them.

Good location

Sleeps 6 but only living room TV was a bummer since there isn't enough living room furniture to accommodate 6 people. Made it work but wished we had blow up furniture or something. Location was great. Not even 2 miles from downtown.

Great stay

We had a great experience staying here. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Being able to bring our pets was such a bonus, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for them. The location is excellent — walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the greenway. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of space in the house. Very easy to come and go. Or favorite parts were the huge backyard and comfortable rooms. Couple areas need a little updating, but everything is clean and no complaints!

Great house in a great neighborhood

I stayed with my 2 dogs while working and looking for permanent housing. The house was perfect and the dogs loved the yard. It’s also really close to a wonderful dog park. The location is convenient to both east and west Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect for us. Great location, walking distance to Nissan Stadium! It was clean and well maintained, our fur-babies enjoyed the backyard. Would definitely rent again.

Great property

Excellent East Nashville location. Strollable to an excellent coffee shop and convenience store. Very, very clean. Backyard is large and fenced in—perfect for pups. Beds are comfortable and towels are plush. WiFi fast and supports many devices. Only downsides are an uncomfortable couch and inadequate plumbing. TMI but the toilet struggles to flush a normal adult waste deposit. I cannot imagine sharing this house with more than one other person for that reason alone.

Family trip to nashville

This was a family trip for us to nashville and a first time for half of us. It was a great little spot. The east side reataurants were close and very nice and downtown was also very close. We had a blast and the house waa great for sleeping having some breakfast and relaxing on a few of the nights.

A great stay for a variety of reasons

We truly enjoyed our stay at Shelby Hills. We were in town for the inaugural Music City GP and this location was the perfect distance for a quick uber to the track and while also be closing enough to downtown to enjoy it but not be gobbled up in all the partying. We had brought our bikes to get around but the combination of grossly underestimating the intensity of the hills along with 3 days of 90-degree weather, we didn't get much use out of them. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bike shop across the street, however - and even more surprised to find out the guy working there was from Indianapolis (like us)! The only things I'd note for future travelers - it is an older home so you should set your expectations accordingly. That said, it was charming and we had no issues at all. It was very clean and had everything you might need. And finally, we are avid recyclers and the bulk of our waste was plastic bottles, aluminum cans and cardboard. We didn't realize there was a recycling bin in the alley until we were bringing all of our trash out on that last day so that was a bummer. All that to say - if that was our biggest issue of the weekend, I think we were doing pretty good! The owners make everything very easy for you (check-in/out) and we really appreciated their willingness to let us bring our 3 dogs. We live in the city and were quickly spoiled by having a fenced-in backyard for the weekend. We hope to come back next year for the race and would absolutely hope to be able to stay here again!
