The home features unobstructed views of the city from your huge private roof top deck. The deck has a large greenery wall, string lights, and a large neon sign, perfect for photos with friends and all your social media feeds! The space is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the Nashville Skyline!
★ The home is a straight shot down to 2nd Ave and is walking distance to Geodis park for concerts, soccer games, and large events.
★ The chef's kitchen has plenty of space to spread out and cook. The kitchen is open to the large living room that also features a dining table. All bedrooms have room darkening blinds and Smart TV's.

Guest bedroom with custom wallpaper and a queen bed over a full trundle. The queen bed gives you and your guests plenty of sleeping space and the full size trundle gives you an easy option for an extra full size bed, if you need the space.
The main floor guest suite also features a full en suite bath, custom wallpaper, (main floor bathroom has two doors - one to guest bedroom & one for easy access from living and kitchen)
