Located in the heart of Nashville, experience our South of Broadway (SoBro) apartment suites that delightfully blend the luxurious benefits of a boutique hotel with the familiarity of home. The SoBro Guest House is within easy walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, and world-renowned music and entertainment.

Each guest at SoBro Guest House will enjoy private spaces designed with Parachute linens, Apple TVs, local Good Citizen coffee, and Public Goods amenities. Every apartment suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, and living room. To bring a little more Nashville to your stay, each unit is decorated with one-of-a-kind art from local artist Nathan Brown.

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and is limited to one spot per reservation.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Please contact us if you're interested in booking multiple apartment suites for group reservations.

Property Note: The SoBro Guest House places you in the heart of the city, steps from its best restaurants and attractions. This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the SoBro Guest House experience.

Concert weekend getaway

Nice clean little apartment great for the two of us. We enjoyed the space and the location being a close walk to Broadway and to Nissan Stadium. Apartment is right next to Martin’s BBQ which made it hard to not eat there frequently, it smelt so good (and is Amazing) We will stay her again. Only thing to be aware of is apartments can be in the the slope and there are no elevators.

Good Stay but you need to know

1)They do not have fitted sheets on any of the beds, so be prepared to wake up touching the same mattress as everyone else. 2)The fridge was broken, communication with manager was good, unfortunately we didn’t have a fridge during our stay. Hopefully it’s fixed unit (1). 3)To my Surprise, Nashville has several homeless people-one night on walk back to the room which was actually pretty early 9:00p were followed and heckled by a homeless guy the entire time! The next morning we walked to Starbucks down the street for a coffee and saw cops breaking up a homeless group sleeping under an one the buildings entries for shelter. Obviously this has nothing to do with the property and several other places also deal with this-I just found it to be very uncomfortable. 4) Overall it was a good stay and priced right if the price went up at all I would probably stay at one of the hotels.

Will Not Stay With SoBro again

Advertised as having a bag check. Wrong. Toilet backed up, couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Finally someone called as we were leaving, they say they are refunding the cleaning fee, gee, thanks, since we haven’t been able to use the toilet in 2 days. Great location, clean place, but bring your Appletv login and prepare to not be able to delete it. An ambulance came and picked up a crackhead staying the floor below us as we were getting ready to check out. Wanted to love this place....
