This spacious home is ideal for large families or groups. It's conveniently located only 3 miles from downtown Nashville, providing easy access to all the city has to offer. The main level features two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bedroom one on this level includes a king bed with an attached bath. Bedroom two on the main level has a queen bed, with the second bathroom located just outside this bedroom. Upstairs, there is an oversized bedroom with two queen beds.

Guests have private access to entire home.

Parking available on site. uber/lyft are also readily available.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

Please note:
- We do not host locals without approval from management first. If you are a local and book without contacting the host, your reservation may be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

- No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.

- For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund
