We arrived at this hotel late at night and were told they had no rooms available. The young man at the counter was dressed in jeans and a ball cap. I didn’t even know he worked there. When I asked if I could book a room through a third party, he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. He was not professional whatsoever. Didn’t have any concern for me. He didn’t even have a name tag. I went outside and got a room through Expedia and then came back in to let him know we had a room reserved, but we spent the next 1/2 hour waiting for him to confirm even though I had a receipt via email. He had to call his manager twice and then found out it was a mistake he made. No apologies. He was unfriendly and barely spoke to us. Breakfast was not great plus there was a hair in my food. I would not recommend this hotel.
