Chi cerca la vera esperienza "Io vivo a Broadway", non guarda oltre questo appartamento. Questa è sicuramente l'unità più bella di questo appartamento. L'inquilino precedente ha installato il proprio spazio loft in questa bella camera da 3 letti, 1 bagno nella storica 2nd Avenue. Gli appartamenti si affacciano su 2nd Ave e The Wild Horse Saloon. Sei all'angolo tra Broadway e 2nd Ave. A 4 isolati dalla Bridgestone Area, a pochi passi dallo Shelby Street Bridge fino allo Nissan Stadium, e 5. 5 isolati dal Music City Center. Questi sono appartamenti storici. Significa che sono un po 'più grandi dei tipici appartamenti del centro. Vieni con tutti i comfort: materassi Memory foam, cucina completa, accessori per il bagno, biancheria, asciugacapelli e macchina per il caffè con K-Cups. La camera è presentata in stile chic moderno con mattoni a vista e ampie finestre che si affacciano sulla 1st Avenue. Camminare, usare le city bike o prendere il trasporto condiviso (Uber). Mentre Dyer si sforza di ottenere ottime recensioni e ricordi, l'edificio ha un sacco di carattere, le finestre sono vecchie, le unità sono configurate come efficienza e non è un hotel. Dovrai stare qui perché la vicinanza a tutto il centro. Ci sarà rumore ambientale nei giorni feriali e nei fine settimana. Verificheremo per 1 auto nel garage. Se hai bisogno di più parcheggi, c'è molto dall'altra parte della strada per $ 40 al giorno. Suggeriamo di camminare o usare mezzi di trasporto alternativi. Dyer non vede l'ora di mostrarti un buon momento a Nashvegas!

What a joke.

This place is a janky dump. Showers broken, broken drywall, the cheapest and dirtiest furniture and appliances I have seen in a rental, bathroom fan is broken, and the internet didn’t work on the 30 tv. Just laughably a terrible place.

Perfect spot!

Book it! Seriously the best spot in downtown. Loved the huge windows overlooking Broadway! The two bedrooms upstairs have no windows so you can get a great night sleep. It was great to be able to pop back in and rest before going back out again. We had such a great trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but don't plan on sleeping before 2AM

This property is in the perfect location, if you are planning to party all night and don't mind vomit in the hall in the morning. This property is upstairs from a club and there are several on the block, all with live music that blasts away every night until about 2AM. No wonder someone left earplugs on the counter. This circumstance should have been disclosed in the listing. We would never stay in this location again.

Perfect for Partying!

WE loved the Lofts. It was just 100 feet off of Broadway and we were right in the middle of all of the fun. Upstairs bedrooms were very quiet and dark and all you had to do to hear the music was walk to the living room area. We had the windows open so the sounds from all the musicians could waft in. This is likely not a great place if you are hoping to sleep a lot! Although it sleeps a lot I would say it is not great for more than 4-5 just due to the single bathroom.

Great Proximity to Downtown

The location of the property was perfect! The layout of the unit was a little awkward with only 1 bathroom being located upstairs. However, having a centrally located place to sleep was a huge plus!

Perfect location

You absolutely can’t beat this location for a downtown trip. Easy walk over the bridge to Nissan Stadium and literally steps to Broadway. The accommodations are very basic, beds are comfortable, music outside is loud but didn’t bother us. Plenty of space for 8 people. There is a loading zone directly outside the property, wish we had known this before parking! Cons: We never received the welcome email from property management company that provides outside key code. We did receive text with incorrect code so thought we were good to go. Unfortunately we were stuck outside the property on a very busy Friday night and had to call VRBO to reach the management company because they did not immediately respond to our messages. Once we spoke with them, we were able to get inside. Other cons: a/c in one bedroom was not working, some lights not working, and curtain is falling down. With all of that said, we would stay here again because you just can’t beat the location.

Great Stay!

This location is incredible! Close to everything Broadway. The staff was great about contacting and everything was as pictured. The only issue we ran into was there was no parking stickers for the designated garage although it was advertised to! We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location

Great location to be close to the action with plenty of space. Loud music until 2-3am, so if that bothers you you’ll want to stay further from Broadway. If not, you can’t get much closer to it all

This loft unit was in the heart of lower Broadway, just what we were looking for. The size of the unit was perfect for 6-7. There are updates needed, but we were assured they are in the works. We look forward to our next trip to Nashville, and we will stay here again!

Good but not issues

Positives - The location was spot on! Walkable to everything. The host was quick to reply. Negatives - fire alarms kept chirping throughout our whole stay. When I contacted the host the came but only fixed one and the other two were chirping constantly. They said they were backed up with other issues and they couldn’t fix until after we left. The drain in the bathroom did not drain the well almost overflowed. The second upstairs bedroom didn’t have a vent or ventilation- it was hot and stuffy and super uncomfortable to those who had to stay in that room. The loft itself also had a lot of dirt around. It wasn’t dirty but it was noticeable that it was cheaply and quickly cleaned.

Takes some coordination to load and unload on the busy street. I would include a picture of the street entry to help make it easier to find upon arrival.

Weekend stay in Nashville!

We celebrated a college grad. Perfect location!! Half a block off of Broadway!! It is loud at night. Don’t expect to go to bed early!! Very clean, cute place! Parking is a block away be prepared for that.

This was our first time in Nashville for my SILs bachelorette party. Location was spot on!!! While it was a little loud being right there, I wouldn’t have done it any other way!!!

Comfortable Condo in the Heart of the Night Life

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We have 4 kids and didn’t realize how in the heart of the nightlife it would be. We were there for one night on a Wednesday night and the noise levels were high through 3am. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The check in and checkout experience was easy and communication from mgmt co was well done.

Location, location, location

The location could not be better. Walking distance to most of the major attractions and bars. Beds were great, wifi, antenna only TV. Coffee, spices, bring sugar. The location could not be better. Walking distance to most of the major attractions and bars. If stairs are an issue, this one is not for you. Very pleased overall. Parking is an issue, garage one block away but the elevators were all out of service and it is $40/ day! The unit description states parking for one car but it only provided a sticker for a $20 discount, $80 parking is a bit much.
