Elenco nuovo di zecca! Nuova casa moderna pulita e splendidamente decorata. Situato a soli 6 minuti dal centro e 3 minuti a 5 punti East Nashville.
Devi vedere questa splendida nuova casa che può ospitare fino a 4 persone in due camere da letto situate a ciascuna estremità della casa per una maggiore privacy. La camera da letto principale ha un re e la camera da letto frontale ha una regina. Ho macchine per dormire a rumore bianco in entrambe le camere da letto per un sonno profondo e riposante. Ti sentirai subito a casa in questa spaziosa vacanza. Con una pianta aperta e uno splendido spazio cucina / sala da pranzo, avrai il rifugio perfetto per ricaricarti dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa ad esplorare Music City.

We feel it should be revealed in the description that there is a train going by within 50 yards of the back porch 4 to 6 times day and night. Could use more cooking pans,there is only 1 6-8 inch pan. The mattress in the front bedroom should be replaced it bows in the center..very bad. Parking was on an steep incline for people with walking difficulties would not be able to use this VRBO.Accurate description:updated ,clean,and quiet( except for the train)

This house was perfect for a girls getaway. It has been beautifully renovated, and everything is new and extremely clean. I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the home and it was wonderful to have my own bathroom and the beds were so comfortable!

Perfect location for us while visiting family. Close to all. Cozy home on a quiet street. King size bed was very comfortable and home had all we needed. I was concerned when booking to see that a train runs behind the house but was pleasantly surprised… it was NEVER a problem! Same with firehouse on corner. To top it off, the host Wendy was thoughtful and kind and a great communicator. Hope to book again!

We did not actually get to stay there when we booked because the ice storm hit in Nashville and there was no electricity. However, the communication with VRBO hostess was absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to book a stay there. She was so kind and helpful every step of the way and kept communicating so that we knew what was going on.

Check in was very easy, the house is very clean and the King sized bed is comfortable. What is not mentioned in the description is the very active train track literally just outside the small back yard. We had no idea what was happening when we heard the first train blow through in the middle of the night. Once we realized it was a train, it was no longer frightening, just annoying. There are several trains every night.

Over all it was ok, the bed in the master bed room squeak everytime you moved and that was very annoying and the parking……. You asked me not to park there for mail reasons which the mail lady actually walked to all the mail boxes but the neighbor (Patty) parked there all 3 nights and made it very difficult for my vehicle to fit in without blocking the next driveway.

What an incredible experience we had at this East Nashville getaway. It is convenient to everything and a reasonable Uber ride cost to most places you would want to visit. Wendy has done an amazing job decorating this home. She should be an interior designer. The patio in the backyard is a great way to unwind with a glass of wine. I highly recommend it! It was my home away from home.

The house was super cute! Issues arose when we noticed how dirty things were inside the house. Hair in the shower, bacon grease pans in the oven, dirty towels in the bathroom, dust so thick on ceiling fans and vents that I had to wipe them before I could sleep, dust bunnies and nuts found under the bed, bottle of opened Jack Daniels left on the kitchen counter. Also, there is a train that comes by the house every hour, blowing its horns, all throughout the night.The owner was very easy to work with and refunded us. I hope she is able to find a better house manager to keep her property clean, it could be so cute!I didn't want to leave this review, but the people at VRBO told me that it is useful for other guests.

The property was beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and had all the amenities we needed. It was very conveniently located to freeway access and the downtown area. We found a few very good restaurants nearby as well. The property is located close to train tracks so very light sleepers may be awakened but there are fans and sound machines in the bedrooms for white noise. The host was very responsive to texts.
