We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! It was an easy drive to Broadway, and just a few easy blocks walk for options to eat. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had all we needed to feel at home, and a few of us could really taste the difference from the great water filtration.

Perfect Girls 50th Weekend

This house was perfect for our group of five. It is nicely decorated and updated and in a wonderful neighborhood and location. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were really comfy and we had plenty of space to hang out. The area is very safe and 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

This was the perfect house for our little family reunion. Everything we needed was provided! Our family lives nearby so we could easily walk back and forth. And the convience of being able to walk to the grocery store was awesome.

Friends Trip to Nash

Had a great time staying here. The property is in a cute area that was walkable to multiple bars and restaurants (Hattie B’s especially). We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Family Celebrations

I was more than pleasantly surprised with this property. I myself am a property manager in another city. This was by far my best experience. first let me say that the property manager was most accommodating with our needs, allowing us to check in a little earlier. also, the location is perfect, since Ubers are so readily available accessing all of Nashville is simple. We were a party of seven, but this house could’ve accommodated a lot more. Also, the outdoor entertaining area is absolutely adorable and the ability to park Three large vehicles was also very important for us. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it could have handled anything since it was fully stocked. instead we opted to order Uber eats and take out while watching football games.

Beautiful home away from home

Lovely home and the homeowner did a great job on the minor details too…from a well stocked kitchen to night lights in the bathrooms and more! Owner provided exceptional communication and both the check-in and checkout processes were timely communicated and easy. Would definitely stay again!

A few ideas for the house

The house was wonderful and in a good location. I would like to suggest they put shower bars in the shower area in the bathrooms. It gets pretty slippery trying to get out of the shower. Also the living room area needs a larger couch for guests of 6 people to sit. Some new coffee mugs too. They are stained black inside.

Beautiful home close to everything!

This house was excellent for our group of 5. The house was well equipped with everything you would need, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Each room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the backyard for morning coffee. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing!The location is within walking distance to 12 south and a short Uber ride to downtown . We loved every bit of this house and would definitely book again. Our host Neil answered all of our questions and gave recommendations of places to see while in Nashville. Very easy to work with.

A gift to Nashville visitors!

This beautifully renovated and appointed home is as perfect a place to locate as you can imagine. No detail is spared. The home has 4 large bedrooms. The huge MBR has a beautiful en-suite bath. Large backyard with entertaining area. The property manager, Neal, is very responsive. The home is located in a nice area only a few minutes’ drive from downtown in an area with lots of restaurants close by. Drug stores and grocery stores are also nearby. Definitely a great choice.

Amazing home!!!

My girlfriends and I go in a vacation every summer together and we always get a VRBO. All of us agree this home was the best one we've ever stayed in. The house was clean and very comfortable. Tons of space and a great backyard to hang out in. If we ever go back to Nashville we would stay here for sure! Neal was fantastic and responded instantly to any question we had. 5 star property!

Girls trip

The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The master bathroom is enormous with a great walk in shower. The beds are comfortable. It was too hot for us to enjoy the backyard but it’s a nice area, would be great for families.

Charming in every way

This property was a delight! Everything was impeccable which is saying a lot since we are very particular about cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics. We enjoyed strolling the neighborhood of 12 South. We loved the restaurant and coffeehouse options. I appreciated how well-appointed this home was, too. We'd stay here again, (and for longer next time)! Thank you for making our Nashville trip so memorable.

Great house! Every single thing you could need was there! Very cute decor and set up! Even had the cutest kid area and toys upstairs if you were to need those. Beds VERY comfortable! Great choice for a weekend away! Would absolutely stay again. Wish we had time to use the outdoor space!

Gorgeous home, Quiet neighborhood ❤️

We stayed in Neal's house for my friends 30th birthday weekend and it was perfect! There were 8 of us and we all slept comfortably, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we even did a little laundry! The outdoor area was gorgeous! It would be perfect for spring and fall, that July heat didn't allow us to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Neal was great! Very quick to respond. I will definitely book again on our next trip to Nash.

Awesome place!

Best VRBO we have rented in a long time! We travel frequently and since we have children we usually rent a house. The house was so well equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect!! We know and love the 12 South Area. Great restaurants and a quick drive to TPAC and downtown Nashville. House was so well kept and comfortable. They even had a in house water filtration system so the water tasted great. Great house for families and kids with the wonderful backyard. Had a great trip for my daughter's birthday.
