The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch

The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch is minutes to Leipers Fork. Sleeping up to 14 guests, groups can enjoy having this entire property to themselves which offers three separate spaces on the property; a farmhouse style contemporary Ranch House that sleeps 6, a Carriage House & Loft that is a fun and unique space that sleeps 6, and a storybook Cottage that sleeps 2. An 11 seater swim spa/hot tub is situated on the side patio with an outdoor fireplace for those brisk nights and unbelievable views.

The Homestead is our newest opportunity for larger groups to truly enjoy a country chic experience offering three separate lodging spaces on the same property. The Ranch House is the main house that is a 3 bedroom / 2bath , space and can sleep 8. It has a fully stocked gourmet chef kitchen, gorgeous dining patio, and a back porch with a fireplace. The property also offers an 11 seat swim spa hot tub.

In addition to the Ranch house, a Carriage House offers an open concept space in a remodeled barn and features a queen and twin bed, full kitchen, and full bathroom as well as an optional private loft to accommodate three additional overnight guests sleeping at total of 6 comfortably. The Carriage House kitchen is also fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The private back porch overlooks gorgeous views and has an in-ground park style grill.

Lastly, The Homestead offers an additional storybook Cottage. This quaint space inspired by Roald Dahls 'Writing Hut' has a king bed and kitchenette and is perfect for a couple or individual.

Both, the Carriage House and Cottage structures have antique wood stoves to keep you warm on a cold winter's night. The Ranch House has a gas fireplace that is a beautiful feature in the home.

When not enjoying visiting with our 20+ farm animals, feel free to read, relax or swing in our event barn on site that guests are welcome to enjoy, eating outside as a group in our event barn space or simply enjoying morning coffee in this community gathering area. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the main ranch house double kitchen or the dining room patio that can easily seat 12.

Complimentary fresh, organic farm eggs are included with your stay if requested. You can also stroll down to the babbling creek.

PLEASE NOTE: During our in-season period, May - November, dinner events are hosted twice per month in the event barn space on the Homestead property. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets to these events. The events are held on Saturday evenings from 5:30 - 9:30PM. We also book kids birthday parties on Saturday afternoons. An event could be booked during your stay so we suggest inquiring whether an event is booked over your stay if this is a potential issue for your group.
