The Space:
★Layout★
The first level consists of the two car garage and full over full bunk beds with a full bathroom (shower) en suite. The second floor consists of the living room and dining room, complete with sectional sofa, workspace, dining table for 8, half bathroom, and barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The third floor consists of the primary bedroom with king bed and full bath (shower), guest bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub), and stackable washer and dryer. The fourth floor consists of the guest bedroom with twin over twin bunk beds and twin daybed, and an outdoor rooftop featuring a beautiful view of downtown.
★Parking★
Please park in the garage. There are two spaces available.
★The Neighborhood★
Located in a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin Park, you'll be just blocks from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 5 minutes from Downtown with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
★House Rules★
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Guests will have 100% access to this home.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville, you`ll be less than 2 miles to tons of East Nashville staples, such as the bustling Five Points area, the Pharmacy Beer Garden, Southern Grist Brewery, Red Headed Stranger, Top Golf & Titans Stadium just to name a few. When you`re ready to venture to downtown broadway, hop in the car for 10 mins (or 3.7 miles), and experience all the nightlife that Music City has to offer!

★Damage Waiver★
You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver. It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior. Damages that qualify for this agreement must occur during a Guest’s reservation, be disclosed to management prior to check out, and the Damage Waiver must have been paid in full prior to arrival (don’t worry, it’s wrapped into the cleaning fee!). Bros golf trip
Came to town for a golf trip. House had cold A/C, comfy beds and was plenty roomy for the 6 of us. Location is great. Quick 10 minute drive to downtown and just about anywhere else we needed to go. Great restaurants within a mile of the house.

Tough Mudder
In town with two large families to run the Nashville tough mudder. This place was perfect. Very short drive to all the attractions in downtown Nashville. Easy to find. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of elbow room, bedrooms and bathrooms for our families. Great place to stay.

everything was lovely, there was a broken kitchen faucet handle, but we worked with it.
the property was nice, and very near our venus. There was an issue with the icemaker in the fridge, filter change error, we just kept emptying the ice when it filled.

Nashville better than the Music City
The property look and feel was as advertised. The property manager was very responsive, but there are a few things that were a little exaggerated. The definition of a fully stocked kitchen was not totally accurate as there was only one sharp knife, and one wine glass. We had to purchase some essentials kitchen utensils, so it is now better than we found it. The reasoning for not allowing early check in or late check out is to give the cleaning staff time to make the place spotless for the next guest, but the staff needs to take a little of that time to dust. There were spider webs and dust in every room including the return vent which was caked with dust. The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice, and the rooftop is a nice space. There was plenty of room for family time and for everyone to get away.
