  • Welcome to the Chic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom , our recently remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat in the lively 12South neighborhood of Nashville, TN!

    This home provides a private escape with a unique charm. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and free parking at the front of the property, steps away from your entryway.

    12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Rent a bike or walk the fun streets we are excited to have you in the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville.

    You will be sent a code and directions on how to use our smart lock to the message thread on your reservation on check in day . The code is time based on your reservation .

    Full bath standup shower on the first level
    Upstairs two bedrooms one on the right one on the left , Master has an in-suite bath .

    We are in urban area in Nashville , 3 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi , B cycle or walk to most anything !

Great little place, well stocked

I have stayed at a lot of rental properties all over the country traveling for work, and this was one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed, was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. Quick 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants.

Bridesmaids wedding eve sleepover and get ready

I booked this for my daughter and her bridesmaids for getting ready on wedding day. It is exquisitely decorated and every single possible detail is covered! It was the perfect spot!

Charming house in 12 South

My husband & I along with another couple game out from CA to visit Nashville for 5 days. This house in the great 12 South neighborhood was so charming, spotless & beautifully decorated . It is an easy walk to coffee, restaurants & great little shops, & an easy Uber ride to downtown, Broadway & other attractions. Easy check in & check out. I would highly recommend!
