Luxurious home - Relax on huge 3 1/2 acre lot in safe neighborhood, just outside of downtown Nashville & near airport w/ tranquil creek & large trees, nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. 3 different large living areas, 4 full bathrooms & a relaxing, health enhancement within the home - steam room & jacuzzi tub. Amenities: hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating & relaxation areas, large projector screen movie room, pool table, foosball table, dart board, Golden Tee, arcade, karaoke, cornhole, & more.
Other things to note
Plenty of space, beds, and entertainment on site perfect for large groups, business, or family fun. Some of our entertainment options include: pool table, foosball table, ring game, dart board, projector movie screen, greenery photo wall and tripod, golden tee arcade game, corn hole, croquet set, swings outside, hammocks outside, fire pit, tons of board games and more!

The home has been upgraded to a tankless hot water heater for endless hot showers!

We have a nest doorbell system and a camera at the garage doors at the driveway to be able to see when you arrive and guide you on how to open the door if you’re having any trouble. We can communicate through the doorbell if you need any additional instructions with using the lock/unlock system. We are always happy to help in whatever way we can to make sure you have an easy, comfortable stay!

Our family of seven adults had a great stay at this home. Brent was helpful and provided great tips and hospitality. The location was fantastic and we only regretted that it was a rainy autumn week so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor areas, such as the spacious patio and fire pit.

Amazing, Tranquil, Warm, Inviting are a few of the words I'd use to describe this gem. You enter into a foyer and more formal living area. The kitchen and family room are in the center of the house. On one side of the house you find two hall ways leading to 4 bedrooms, two ensuite baths, on one hall a full bath and on the other hallway a spa room whirlpool tub with a steam room sauna, laundry room with an extra full size bed and sink. On the other side of the house is the entertainment, a game room with a full pool table, tvs, and whiteboard. A room with a built in swing (my favorite) and dart board. Outside is breathtaking, 3 different seating areas, furniture and a hot tub off the deck of the Master bedroom. Another seating area with a 2person swing and another seating area with plenty of chairs, table, and heating element. The kids/teens voluntarily set their electronics aside and raced one another in the massive backyard space. The basement! 2 staircases led to the basement containing a large projector, foosball, gaming system, large sectional, full bath, bar, ...teenager haven!

Excellent

Great location for a conference at Opryland and close to the airport. 15 minute Uber from Broadway. Brent is a great host and highly recommend property.
