Two brand new luxury large homes! Great for big groups!



The Space:

BRAND NEW LISTING! Two beautiful homes are located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group!



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy as well - at the house we have a book listed with all the closest hot spots. Your bed options range from cozy queens and kings to foldout sleepers, air mattresses, and trundle beds.



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are provided.

Misleading photos

Photos of the bedroom with the 4 bunk beds were in the living room/kitchen separated by a linen curtain. Little misleading when we checked in to find this. Unfortunately the 4 who had to sleep in that area in each units were woken up by the other group making breakfast.

Great place for large groups

Overall, we were satisfied with this place. I do want to mention that the bathrooms are showing signs of mold and could use a good deep cleaning. There were quite a few broken items we noticed (handle in the kitchen, bedframes in multiple rooms, cracked glass in the living room in second unit). It wasn't something that need immediate assistance with. However, some groups may be put off by this. The felt on the pool table in the first unit was torn slightly, but we just used the other pool table. There was a chair in unit two that had major stains on it. We just placed a blanket over it though. The only major concern that you will want to look into is the electrical. We had one friend that got shocked twice. Once when he went to change the thermostat. The second time, he was getting out of the hot tub and he placed his hand on the flange and got a shock. That was all in unit two. Our group is a pretty relaxed group so these minor issues didn't really bother us. It was in a good location and close to downtown, which is what we were looking for.
