My wife and I had the BEST stay in Uncle Pete's Cabin while in the Mount Juliet area. Check in was a breeze. The cabin was the perfect combination of being newly updated and original cabin vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked (Including 6 fresh eggs from the resident chicken gang!) the bathroom had a deep soaking tub for after a long day walking around Nashville. Washer/dryer was a nice touch and allowed us to come home without a ton of dirty laundry.The owners thought of everything! The weather was perfect for sitting out on the deck and enjoying the quiet country setting. We have already started planning a followup trip to Nashville in the future and will definitely stay here again. Highly Recommended!

Had a lovely stay! Forgot to mention to the host that the ceiling fan makes a creaking sound, so I kept it turned off. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Just know you have to really mash the button to turn it on and off. Sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of hot coffee from the well stocked coffee bar was the highlight of my stay. Beautiful views over the field! What a gem of a property!

Beautiful cabin with civil war era details, plus modern kitchen & bath and nice washer/dryer. Cozy Gas fireplace! Easy contactless check-in and out. Amazing hosts thought of everything! All the essentials to get you started, including fresh eggs from the resident chickens! We enjoyed the deck and porch overlooking pond and horses in pasture. Grill on deck and a pond-side firepit with chairs. Wish we had more time in this peaceful, private, romantic place! In the country but still close to town for anything you need. And less than 30 easy mins to Nashville. Nice to get away from the crowds for awhile! We’ll be back!

Melding elegance into rustic while maintaining the ancestral original qualities requires an extraordinary visionary effort. This property is a shining example of perfection achieved. The strive for excellence is evident in every detail. I can’t imagine the labor of love it took to bring this cabin into the modern era without sacrificing its true being. Uncle Pete would be proud! Moreover: The pastures, chickens, deer, horses, Fountain pond with geese, frogs and turtles - the most amazing firefly show we’ve seen in a long time. Outstanding!! Hats off to the Typers for creating such a remarkable experience. Simple lodging details did not go unnoticed either. Immaculately clean. Equipped kitchen, toiletries, a CLEAN Bar BQ grill! Wow, that was refreshing for sure! Excellence!! Thank you for providing us the best stay we’ve ever had — and we’ve been doing this a long time through VRBO, ABB & Cash rentals. You’re the best ever!!

Great location, great place

Went for NASCAR weekend and really enjoyed the stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great views of the horses and chickens (they even left us some fresh eggs). Very clean, quiet, close to a lot.

We stayed for a week and the place is cozy and warm. It's a great place to have some r&r and just unwind! Close to all Nashville attractions. Great places around to eat too! We highly recommend A!

Peaceful setting

Beautiful place. Perfect for 2. Spent the mornings on the deck or front porch with views of the fountain and horses. Had everything we needed and the fresh eggs were a bonus. Will stay here again.
