  • This is one of 4 townhomes in the heart of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood; Nashville's hottest new area, bustling with bars, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! This 1 BD/2BA townhome includes 3 FLOORS of living space. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, KING SIZE BED, washer/dryer, & PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK! **PARKING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. We have 3 options for parking. We have a parking pad located off the back alley for 2 cars(we have 4 units in this building, so we can’t guarantee availability), we have free street parking in front of our building on the street when available, and there is a paid lot next door. The townhome is walkable to all of WeHo and only 8 MINS DRIVE TO BROADWAY! Perfect for couples!

    1st floor: Living room with sofa, kitchen, dining

    2nd floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom

    3rd floor: Lounge with sofa, full bathroom, rooftop deck access. We have a queen size air mattress as well.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and sincerely called is “home” . Location is perfect 15 minutes from airport, 10-15 minutes to Broadway. Plenty of amazing restaurants in walking distance. Great place to walk / run. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Cute, Open and Clean

We came to Nashville for our Anniversary and enjoyed staying at this location. It is very close to walking distance to many good places to eat and just a short drive to downtown.

Needed getaway

This was a much needed vacation. The property was very clean, and communication was great and responsive. The location was good, just a short drive, or uber ride to Broadway! Local distilleries within walking distance! Would definitely book this place again in the future!

Fun relaxing time

Clean and easily accesible. We loved the local coffee sample. Up and coming area with great local eats within walking distance. Took Uber to downtown. Wonderful time. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location - close to downtown and walking distance to a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed an outdoor movie on the rooftop patio. There are massive construction projects everywhere in the neighborhood (and the noise/traffic that accompanies that). Great communication with the owner. Easy to access. We'd stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

Neal was very helpful and patient with any questions I had before and during our stay. He always responded quickly. The property was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was even better in person. We loved the layout. The balcony was really nice. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location. Close to downtown, the airport, and most places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Awesome townhome

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Super clean house with great amenities, TVs in every room and we’ll equipped (even had pizza cutter for pizza night!). Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property was both beautiful and comfortable. There was a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge when we arrived which was. pleasant surprise. No need for bottled water.
