“First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay.
Problems I encountered:
1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219.
2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again.
3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and...
