“Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

“The place looks exactly what we expected in the photos, or even better. We checked the place when we arrived, and we knew that we booked a really nice place for a family staycation. The pool was heated, we were able to enjoy it at night as well. There is enough towels, drinking water and beds for everyone. The caretakers are considerate and looked after our needs & privacy. “The upstairs bedroom ceiling was very low. Anyone over 5'7" could hit their head and there was no a/c or tv.there. Backyard was very nice. Community was nice but pool was not free. I would not rent here again.”

“This is within a vacation resort that is still under development. Owner's caretaker/agent is a real estate agent for the resort and offers options to buy a lot, or condominum. No information was provided ahead of time about the additional fees charged to use amenities within the resort such as the swimming pool and access to the beach. ”
