“Air conditioning didn’t work in my room. Staff brought me a fan to accommodate but ultimately no additional accommodations offered or made”

“Good breakfast. Hot meat and eggs rotate daily; waffle iron, the usual fruit, yogurt, cereal. Nice to have lemon water available 24/7 in lobby.”

“The barn door that they had for the bathroom fell off, the cupboard door under the television was torn off, the corner shelf in the shower was torn off and the bathtub backed up”

“Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. ”

“The property was clean and well lite. My room was clean but my shower/ tub wasn't. (Dried strands of hair on shower wall). Manager was welcoming, polite, pleasant and helpful. Didn't see or interact with other staff. Will stay there again. Convenient location.”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. ”

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”
