“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Having one king bed and one queen bed made it perfect for our family of four with two older kids. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. “Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap....

“First of all, I have to acknowledge the staff were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me even when I was having difficulties paying for a tour, the front desk was fantastic. I would recommend the room with breakfast. The breakfast is a beautiful, generous buffet, the only drawback I would say was the bathroom where the shower continually leaked onto the floor which caused me to worry about slipping. “Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. “L'hotel è in un quartiere di hutong tranquillissimo e distante 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Lo staff è gentile ma poco propositivo e non parla inglese (serve usare un traduttore online). Noi abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in due camere doppie posizionate a piano terra e in un corridoio. Le nostre stanze erano molto piccole (non adatte a due persone) e mancano di piani di appoggio e spazi di circolazione. inoltre l'unica finestra da su un corridoio interno e purtroppo abbiamo patito molto i rumori...
