“I was very impressed by the kind attention paid to me by the manager, who upgraded my room and showed me to the cottage and parking place. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom window showed a little wear and tear, but it wasn't a big deal. While the motel might not be as fancy as other places, it makes up for it in location and charm of the staff.”

But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. “Absolutely adorably chic hotel in the heart of Riverhead. Clean modern comfy clean. Wonderful lavassa expresso machine in room and fabulous buffet style breakfast including pastries croissants fruit yogurt cold cereal juice and coffee. Staff super friendly. I would Definitely recommend & will be back again someday I’m sure!”
