Hotel vicino a National War Museum - Edimburgo

“Idéalement situé , l'hébergement en chambre était très bien ( décoration , propreté , et personnel parfait) petit bémol , les travaux de façade qui démarre avec du marteau piqueur a 8h du matin !!! vraiment pas idéal pour se reposer . je pense qu'un dédommagement sur le prix pourrait être une bonne chose . “La posizione è eccezionale! Nel cuore del centro storico di Edimburgo ma, allo stesso tempo, sufficientemente isolata dalla confusione dei luoghi più frequentati e rumorosi. La struttura è nuova, modernamente organizzata. Le camere accoglienti e dotate di quanto necessario per rendere confortevole una permanenza di più giorni. Un po' di spazio in più attorno al letto matrimoniale ci sarebbe stato bene.”

“Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return”

“Decisamente un ottimo hotel: check in e check out molto veloci, personale gentile, camera grande e pulita. Unica stranezza … il bagno in ingresso alla camera. Situato in ottima posizione vicino alle attrazioni principali. Il ristorante sottostante veramente ottimo ! ”

“The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. If it were not for them my score would have been lower. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not say soundproof. Each night I stayed there were ambulance/police sirens that could easily be heard. Also loud music and loud vehicles could be heard from my room. You can’t hear regular street noise, but I was woken up more than a few times.”

“While the apartment was very clean and amenities provided were all modern throughout. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay, the only thing was the poor sleep we had. The bed/mattresses was very worn, hard and uncomfortable to the point where you could feel the springs on a part of the mattress. The blinds were not fully sun proof so we had light coming through at 4am to the point we had to get some eye masks. On top of this, the noise and beeping of the elevator outside the front door...

“Everything perfect, clean, in the Centre of Edinburgh; the only suggestion is about the water in the bath sink, it doesn't flow as it should and also the water from the shower should be fixed, it's very slow and twice stopped completely, you have to close it 2 minutes and then it starts again, slowly anyway. Just this, the rest was perfect. ”

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....
