Casa Eth Mur by Totiaran

Eth Mur by Totiaran is a spectacular house located in Val de Ruda, the best urbanization in the center of Baqueira Beret. It is a corner house with high quality renovation and top-quality finishes and has an area of 300 m2 distributed over 4 floors.

On the street floor there’s the main living-dining room and a kitchen area, which has been carefully equipped and decorated by professionals. The dining table has a capacity for 10 people and additionally it has a bar with 3 more chairs. The living room is completely exterior with access to balcony overlooking the Ruda Valley. All the details are thought, as is the air conditioning of the balcony, so that in snowy season it is practicable.

On the other two floors, we find the rest area where up to 8 people can be accommodated. On the first level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which share a full bathroom. Of these three bedrooms, two have 2 single beds of 105 cm, and the third bedroom also with 2 single beds of 105 cm and an en suite bathroom.

On the upper floor there is an attic suite with double bed and private bathroom. Going down one level from the main entrance we find a living room, two bedrooms with 4 single beds of 90 cm for 4 people, a full bathroom and a laundry area. All rooms are equipped with LCD monitors and custom lighting and decoration.

Finally, in the basement, there is a laundry area with closets designed for the use of ski equipment. This wonderful house is completed by two parking spaces and two ski storage cabinets.
