Flip on the flat-screen TV and settle in for a cozy escape. Modern appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen make it easy to whip up those recipes you’ve been wanting to try. A quaint little breakfast bar is a nice spot for morning coffee, while a dining table offers additional seating for meals. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The property allows one dog under 40 pounds and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300 fee.
