SETUP SPIAGGIA INCLUSO! Da marzo a ottobre

Benvenuti nella nostra spiaggia casa lontano da casa. Godetevi il PEARL di Navarra con la sua bella spiaggia di sabbia bianca e vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico, che ha la bella turchese e verde acqua smeraldo. La Perla offre due piscine, una riscaldata e un meraviglioso centro benessere vi innamorerete di rilassarsi. La nostra posizione è ciò che rende la Perla così attraente. Siamo collegati a Pensacola Beach attraverso il National Seashore. Potrete godere della serenità del mare durante la guida la strada per la spiaggia, dove potrete vedere la meravigliosa vita da spiaggia che includono delfino, pellicani, tartarughe marine, uccelli marini e abbondante vita marina. Una volta arrivati ​​a Pensacola Beach si trovano ristoranti e altre attività. Ci sono un sacco di attività, se non avete mai lasciare Navarre Beach Island. Abbiamo il più lungo molo di pesca in Florida. Ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui scegliere all'interno di una distanza molto breve. I negozi di alimentari sono molto convenienti con Publix, Winn Dixie, e un Walmart Super Store.

Favolose spiagge - spiaggia Navarra è orientata verso la famiglia ed è stato considerato uno dei migliori spiagge degli Stati Uniti ed è # 1 in spiagge più ripristinati. Ci vantiamo sui nostri 322 giorni di sole all'anno!

Il nostro appartamento al terzo piano, è sempre in fase di ri-arredo e decorazione. Con 1378 metri quadrati di spazio vitale, più 156 SF di lanai coperto fuori del soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale, è perfetto per la famiglia o gli amici per trascorrere una bella vacanza al mare insieme. C'è un letto king nella camera matrimoniale, e 2 letti queen size nella camera degli ospiti, che possono anche essere un Master Suite chiudendo largo della grande sala con una porta a scomparsa che consente di bagno privato. C'è un letto gonfiabile disponibile su richiesta. C'è nuovo arredamento a partire dal 15/04/2018
Ci sono 9 piedi soffitti, finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e porte scorrevoli sul lato del golfo, il bagno padronale è enorme e ha una cabina doccia separata. La vasca idromassaggio è abbastanza grande per due! Naturalmente c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e ci sono un amico dei bambini condominimum!

C'è una TV e lettore DVD in ogni camera.

We absolutely loved the comfort and beauty of the condo - size, beds, seating in the living room, view of the gulf and beach, and the fact that it overlooked the pools. We also loved the size of the balcony. The air conditioner worked very well, we felt cool inside, just like we love it.Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the room and the set up on the condo space was better than we anticipated. The 3rd floor condo balcony and master bedroom had a perfect view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. If we come back to Navarre Beach we would book this same room as it was perfect for our family needs.

It was our first time staying at The Pearl in Navarre, the condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures, there were a couple accommodations that weren’t up to par (the dryer took a little time, the smaller refrigerator didn’t get cold) but no major complaints. Kudos to the host for having EVERYTHING and more in the kitchen for our stay!

Lovely Stay-Lovely Property

We had 4 adults & 2 toddlers in our party & had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available. Sue even had some new bbq tools delivered & waiting on the counter for us to use. The choice of a regular pool, heated pool or hot tub were nice to use when the waves were a little rough for the toddlers & grandparents to handle. The beds were comfortable & the view spectacular. This is our 1st time in this unit & hopefully not our last. Suggestions would be a new dryer (this one would not dry a load of towels after 3 cycles & cleaning the filter out each time). The dishwasher worked most of the time but does need replacing soon. Thanks for a lovely & comfortable stay in your condo. We hope to be back next year God willing.

Beautiful, clean...perfection!!

The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice! The cleanliness is top-notch, appliances are updated and the building itself is wonderful. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep (4 adults, 3 kids). We can't wait to visit again.

Amazing Experience!

The Pearl was perfect! The owner was very kind and the condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed, the pictures online do not do the condo justice, it is bigger than shown in pictures, the master bathroom was huge! We had a great week of weather too, everyone we interacted with was very friendly! We will definitely be back in the future! 10 out of 10 stars for this property.

Not what we expected

This unit was not very clean! Four adults were provided with one thread bare wash cloth and two bath towels each. Each bathroom had a small soap bar and a roll of toilet paper (not a full roll). One dishwasher tablet, two kitchen dry towels and and an old used scrubby stuck inside the cabinet. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary dinner ware and pots and pans. The LR furniture appears to be from the 80’s and is dirty and in poor condition. The master closet houses a large folded mattress on the floor (?). We have rented condos at The Pearl for many years but this condo is well below the standards we expected and have experienced in the past.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunate :(

Navarre was absolutely beautiful! The Pearl of Navarre was nice, buttt... Unfortunately, we had an issue inside our condo with roaches. The host informed us the condo had been professionally sprayed the week before, but during our stay we killed 15+. I kept trying to stay optimistic and blame it on the bag we had down at the pool. Thinking we carried them back up with us. Obviously not the case though. Our last day there we packed everything up, so we could go out and enjoy our last evening, then come back to get some rest before our 12 hour drive home the next day. When we returned to the condo and flipped on the lights, roaches scattered! It was extremely disappointing and overwhelming. We were up until after midnight unpacking everything that had already been packed so we could shake it out and make sure we didn't take any home with us. Not to mention I could barely sleep thinking something could be crawling on me in the bed. I sent the host several pics that evening. The next day when she replied, she was very apologetic and did refund the cleaning fee ($135) but in my opinion there could have been more done. I was honestly shocked and slightly offended when that was all she offered. We spent way too much money to stay there to have to deal with that type of inconvenience! Not only will I not stay in this specific condo again, but I will probably never stay in this beautiful building in this beautiful location that my family and I had fell in love with. Hopefully they are able to get the issue under control before the next guests arrived. Such an unfortunate situation.
