Great for the most part!

We loved the house, it was clean and seemed as if it were new. We only noticed a couple of issues. The mold around the master bathroom air vent made us a bit wary. Our TVs were not working, and after advising us that they would send someone out, this did not happen as stated. Spent 2 days communicating back and forth with the rental company, and finally on our last day of our trip a gentleman came to check the issue, by this time I had already downloaded a owners manual and fixed the problem myself. This was very disappointing that we could not watch tv while at home after long days at the beautiful beach. The stove has some sort of mechanical display problems and just flashed different icons all at once. The water filter needs to be replaced as well. Overall, our stay was great minus the tv problems. The location was great and close to the beach.

Good Choice

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, reasonably price and a good fit for our family. I would recommend it to anyone with these caveats It was a little farther from the beach than I would have preferred even though it was indeed just a five-minute walk as advertised. And while this will not be a consideration for long, every day there were12 or more construction related vehicles, and delivery trucks to negotiate around on the walk (or the drive). Also, some of the exterior VRBO photos most definitely need updating. The property appears somewhat separated from surrounding homes, but the area has been so heavily built-up that this is certainly not the case. Also, there are no ocean views other than just one or two slivers between some of the homes. The last thing I would suggest is that one not rely on the VRBO location map. It lacks the detail needed to properly identify where the home is located. Google maps is a much more accurate.

Not worth the price

When we first arrived we checked out the grounds , first we went to the back of the house and the swing bed cover was torn all the way across the swing and there was a broken flower pot . Seemed like no one had even been back there to check it . My daughter went to take a shower and the towels smelled soured . Had to rewash them . The bedroom door wouldn’t lock , and the floor didn’t seem to be clean . The garbage cans were missing and there was alot of construction all around the house which made it hard to get in and out at times .

There was a dumpster in the front yard with the adjoining property. Almost all the house were being built , It would have nice to know . The house was beautiful and comfortable.the outside was not . location was not bad

Excellent Stay

Outstanding Property

The house was as advertised. It had a new feel to it, was close to the Gulf Coast, was well stocked and came with the use of its garage, which came in handy since I had my bike with me. I highly recommend.

Great Trip! Great Location!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and was a last minute booking due to changes in vacation plans. The house met our needs and had easy access to the beach. I would recommend.
