Upon arriving at the unit, which we were very familiar with, we have stayed in other condos in the complex many times. Everything seemed normal, the unit needs updating badly. The carpet is matted and dirty looking. The finish on the cabinets both kitchen and bath flakes off on you, if you lean up against them. The unit is the most under stocked one that we have ever rented. Very few utensils, hardly anything. But the most disgusting thing was the sofa. As soon as I sat on it, the smell of urine hit me. I called and reported this. They sent someone the next day to clean the sofa. We could not use the sofa the entire stay. It took days for the cushions to dry. I placed them back in their positions as we left. Then on top of that the morning after we arrived there were ants in the kitchen, they had gotten on everything that we had on the counter. Nothing was left open. Just snacks, etc. I called and let them know about the ants, I was told to send. Photo of the ants, like they didn’t believe me! I was then told to just wipe them away. Our entire stay , we dealt with the ants! The problem was never addressed. I request a partial refund, for our issues and unacceptable service. They sent me a big 67 refund. It’s a total insult, for the rates that we are asked to pay now. Considering we check in at 4 and out by 10-11am. The rental vacasa handles the rental, but the refund has to be approved by onsite management! I’ve been renting for years in Navarre. This is the only complaint
