Questa residenza cittadina 3B / 3B Beach Gulf Front con 2 ponti sovrasta le spiagge di sabbia bianca e il surf color smeraldo di Navarre Beach. Nessuna rampa di scale da salire, prendere l'ascensore privato da terra al terzo piano. La zona giorno principale del secondo piano ha doppie porte scorrevoli che si aprono su un ampio ponte spazioso con molte sedie a sdraio e tavolo. Anche una TV a grande schermo con cavo HD, accesso a Internet WiFi, lettori DVD / videoregistratore, sistema audio completo per tutte le camere con citofono, compresi gli altoparlanti esterni. Le caratteristiche personalizzate della cucina, i ripiani in granito, gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (Jenn Air e Kitchen-Aid), i forni multifunzione a convezione e a microonde, la dispensa walk-in, il frullatore, il miscelatore, la macchina per il pane, il tostapane, la caffettiera e il macinacaffè. Lavanderia full size con W / D e ampio lavandino ..


La casa offre una master suite con un letto regolabile Comfort letto king-size, una grande vasca da bagno e una spaziosa cabina armadio. Il bagno comprende 2 toeletta, doccia separata e vasca idromassaggio. Le doppie porte scorrevoli si aprono sul ponte al terzo piano dove è possibile gustare il caffè del mattino guardando i delfini.

L'altra camera da letto al piano superiore ha 2 letti queen-size e collega il bagno completo con doccia e cabine armadio. Camera da letto al piano principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso con box doccia.

Il patio esterno coperto offre doccia, deposito, articoli da spiaggia e frigorifero aggiuntivo per bevande.

Great house

All of the rooms were spacious, clean, and just as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked with a nice sized pantry. Having the elevator was a nice convenience for brining in luggage and groceries. Beach towels, beach chairs, body boards and paddle boards were available for use. So nice to not have to pack beach towels and chairs. Lots of beach toys were also available if you have little ones. Plenty of chairs on the decks plus a table on the main deck. There is very little privacy on the deck and the houses are extremely close. But, we had great neighbors at the house next door and enjoyed good conversation. Beach was not crowded at all. We had plenty of room. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved this home!

This was a great property for our family. The location is great. The home had so many extras like toys/games, beach items, bikes, paddle board, and beach towels. We appreciated the elevator as we unloaded and loaded the car. The kitchen was also great. So many beach homes don't have pantry space to put your groceries and this home had tons of available storage. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

You will have no regrets booking this place.

We stayed from Thursday till Sunday. The view is better than you imagine. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest bars and restaurants and pier. It’s about 30 minutes from Pensacola and 30 minutes from Destin. The beach was very quiet and perfect. We had nine of us going and was worried about space but the townhouse was plenty of room for us. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend staying here. In the morning you’ll see about six different dolphins trying to catch breakfast.

Best experience in many years!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful view!!!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property

We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!

As close to perfect as I could have expected

Honestly, I'm not sure I could have asked for more, especially from a value standpoint. The property is well maintained, outfitted and maybe most importantly right-sized sleeping arrangement wise, at least for us. There weren't a bunch of extra beds just shoved into odd places which made the feel of the property more "homey". The location is great with no high-rise complexes in close proximity. All of the furniture is comfortable and of very high quality. The walkover to the beach is either brand new or at least very well maintained. The recommendation of Sunset Beach Rentals for beach setup was a great reminder of a great guy (Ed) to work with. While there's plenty of great beach gear provided, we've always found that having someone come properly set up heavy duty chairs and umbrellas each morning and take them down in the evening frees up a lot of time and effort. My (sainted for spending so much time with us) 73 year old Mom probably loved the elevator as much as anything in the property. :) Just so that I can sound a LITTLE balanced, the only nits I'd pick would be: A sharper kitchen knife would have been nice, but I'm probably spoiled to my own sets at home. And I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights below the deck (it got dark running the grill) or turn off the light in the gear room under the deck... though both of those are probably just me being daft. All in all, this is a great property and very highly recommended.
