"The Shore House" è un posto fantastico dove trascorrere le vacanze. Questa casa è stata recentemente rinnovata e ora può ospitare più di 18 persone! La casa è spaziosa e aperta. Il piano principale ha una cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e zona giorno e c'è anche una tana al piano inferiore completa di tv e bar! Offre un luogo ideale per la famiglia allargata o per i grandi gruppi di amici.
Questa proprietà ha anche molto spazio esterno! Il livello principale ha una piattaforma avvolgente con una griglia a gas. Il livello più alto ha un balcone al largo del master che offre una vista incredibile sul golfo! Troverai anche un piccolo balcone vicino alla seconda camera da letto del livello superiore. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto se ne hai bisogno. Il più grande spazio sul ponte si trova al livello inferiore della casa. Quest'area potrebbe essere utilizzata per una pista da ballo, un ricevimento di matrimonio, una grande riunione di famiglia ... così tanti eventi diversi!
Questa casa ha cinque camere da letto. Il master e altre due camere da letto hanno letti king size. L'altra camera da letto all'ultimo piano ha due letti matrimoniali e un bagno comunicante. La quinta camera da letto è una camera da letto bonus che è la camera a castello! Ha un letto a castello e un letto a castello per sei persone, e un bagno con doccia. Tutti sono splendidamente decorati e sicuramente per favore.
Ci sono 5 TV a schermo piatto, ottimi articoli da cucina (keurig, frullatore, nuovo tostapane, nuovi utensili, ecc.) E tutti i tipi di spazio sia dentro che fuori. E, naturalmente, il Golfo del Messico! C'è un fornitore di servizi di sdraio davanti se non vuoi portare le tue cose. Questo è il luogo ideale per le vacanze. Great house in great location

Location, location, location. This house felt exactly as advertised and it is remote enough to be in a quiet area, but within 5 minutes to almost anything. The beach in front of the house is absolutely perfect.

A Wonderful Time

We had an amazing visit in a beautiful home with spectacular beach views! What more could you ask for?! The house was perfect for our family and friends! We love the Mardi Gras parade and this home was right on the parade route. This was an extra added plus for us! Parking was the only concern, but we worked it out!! Perfect vacation!!!!! Would most definitely stay again!!!

Could be great, house needs some love

Pros: The location is amazing. We love Navarre as a quieter gulf spot, but with everything you need still very close and convenient. This house is right between a couple condo buildings, and shares beach access with just 5 houses, so there’s plenty of room for larger groups on beach. The covered area for gear below and beachside balcony with great view make it very convenient. The kitchen/dining/living area is also very spacious; and comms with property management were seamless. Overall, we had a great stay with extended family. Cons: The house has clearly seen better days, & is not as well cared for as you may expect in this price point. Looks like storm damage over the years and a lot of wear & tear that wasn’t evident from the photos…scratches/warps in flooring, poor drywall patching, rusting/deteriorating exterior. The kids’ bunk room didn’t seem to have any air circulation and gets very warm and stuffy as well as some holes in drywall. The box fan found in the closet was the saving grace down there, and the single bathroom for 8 people sleeping on that level is cramped. The master bedroom likely once had blackout curtains, but now has sheer curtains on windows, and cheap blinds that leave a 20” gap at the bottom. The large sliding door facing the beach only has a pull-down honeycomb shade that leaves about a 6” gap on each side as well, so privacy at night or sleeping in for the morning aren’t really an option.

Family vacay

6 adults and 2 children. The house was spacious and everyone had plenty of privacy. The kitchen was wonderful and had every amenity. Easy walkway to the beach. The beach area was not congested and that was a must for our family and the reason that we chose Navarre for our family vacay.

Christmas at the Beach

We come to Navarre every Christmas with our adult children and my parents. We arrived on Christmas Eve during some crazy cold weather. Shortly after check in, the outside shower’s pipes burst. George the Maintenance Man came right away and worked his magic so that we didn’t have to move! So thankful! The house has plenty of room and beautiful views! The neighboring house is VERY close but that wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some. The property was clean but the beds are not the most comfortable. There is only room for two, MAYBE 3 cars. The house was just fine for us but did lack some of the little fancy that touches that you might expect at this price. The rental company was super responsive and you could text with any questions or concerns. We had a great week!

Beach Living at It's Very Best!

To start this review I must absolutely rant and rave about the location and Mother Nature's magnificence. This property is located on one of the most beautiful expanses of beach that you will find anywhere. White sands, extremely clean (almost no weeds, or natural or manmade debris), and crystal clear water. Fantastic! Regarding the property itself, we were very pleased. The views from it's multiple decks were amazing, and recent updates were beautiful. The the property was well furnished and amenities were extensive. Truly a great place for our group to enjoy the joys of oceanfront living, if only for a few days. If I were to cite a couple of things for improvement I must cite the check-in and check-out times. Checking in at 5:00 pm on one day, and checking out by 10:00 am on another day in essence reduces, for example, a four day stay to only 3 1/2 days. Are 7 hours really necessary for cleaning? A couple other minor things were that the keypad on the lower level was extremely temperamental (we almost never could get it to work), and while the grilling surface on the outdoor grill was clean the burner area (underneath the grates) was filthy. (It burst into flames as soon as we lit the burners.) I would also like to take a minutes to compliment the city of Navarre Beach. A lovely city! Clean, plenty of restaurants, and in close proximity to grocery stores and other retail establishments. I would also be remiss if I did not mention the pier. Amazing facility and a walk out to the end is well worth the time and effort. Bottom line: This property is highly recommended!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. There are a lot of stairs, but no one minded. That should be a consideration for older people. We loved the lower patio….so convenient to drop our stuff and pick it up again to go back to the beach the next day. The kitchen is large enough for several people to put together a meal, and lots of room for everyone to eat. We were missing one chair at the end of the table, however. Not a big deal, we managed. We never needed to communicate with the manager, but we were given all the numbers to do so, had we needed to. I hope the next family has a wonderful time in the house. We certainly did!

The property is a very nice location, our family of 14 was very comfortable. our only complain will be that the room downstairs was humid and moldy, needs to have a dehumidifier to help air circulate better, other than that it was very nice. Thank you

Great stay on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It sleeps 18 comfortably. The master bedroom is amazing and is beach facing. Other bedrooms are comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Main level has seating to accommodate a large group. Bring your own ice as the ice maker couldn’t. accommodate our group. Other houses/condos are very close but we still had plenty of beach space to ourselves. Overall nice place to stay!

Pics are deceiving

TV’s didn’t work for days. WiFi was in & out. Could not stream at all. Guest room has huge water bubble in the wall. Plug ins were iffy whet they worked it not. You could push some into the wall. Dryer quit working days after we we’re there. The second master suite had two beds in that room. The ice maker on the fridge made ice but could not get the ice to come out like it should. Only parking space for 2-3 vehicles which was told to us the day of check in. Still sand on the floor when we came into the house. Property needs attention. It’s basically just barely maintained. Needs to be updated in some areas. LAYOUT of the house is spectacular but that’s the best thing about the entire house. No lock on the downstairs bathroom. Roaches in the downstairs bedroom. My family and I have been going to Navarre for over 20 years, and have never stayed in a house this disappointing ESPECIALLY for the amount of money we paid for a week. Not impressed at all! The pics are very deceiving. House is yellow in pics also and now house is blue. Highly disappointed!

Great Beachfront Home

The property was a great size with incredible views of the gulf. We had a large group of people split among different friends and family and we never had any issues with the house. A bit of sand in the beds, but nothing bad enough inside the house to warrant a bad review. The included propane grill is in need of a desperate upgrade/maintenance. We had a great time overall and I would definitely return again.

Run don't stay

House was in great location, Managing staff were rude, house was not clean, appliance not clean, dishes not clean. Air conditioner was not large enough to cool house, so it was uncomfortable to sleep, dryer was very loud, and the refrigerator was leaking so you could not make ice. Had to wait an extra hour to check in so they could have ample time to clean but they was not the case. Love the area but won't stay here again.

Amazing Week!

We loved pretty much everything about this property. The location is wonderful, the size of the property was perfect for our children, grandchildren, and grandpup. The layout of the home had great spaces so we could be together but also spaces to get some alone time. We all loved our time at the Shorehouse and would highly recommend!
