Emerald Shores: Steps from the Gulf, Navarre Beach

This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath townhome is located on the beautiful, sandy white beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. The townhome is located just steps from the boardwalk to the beach! Enjoy the laid-back, quiet atmosphere of Sugar Beach's Gulf front complex - convenient location - close proximity to the convenient mart, fishing pier, bicycle rentals, ice cream, and restaurants. Our unit offers all the conveniences of home, including cable tv, and free wireless internet.

Fully stocked kitchen, all linens, and comfortable furnishings. Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided.

The private, enclosed patio offers a table & chairs and a charcoal grill. Walking/bike path just across the street. Short walk to the sound access, which also offers soft white sandy beach - great for peaceful walks, fishing and dolphin sitings! Also nearby is the national seashore, and the longest pier on Florida’s coast.

We have vacationed on the Gulf Coast for years - prior to becoming property owners, we stayed in condos, homes, and townhomes - Love everything about Sugar Beach - the convenience of 2 parking spots right at your front door, ground floor walk-in, outdoor shower, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, pool and a boardwalk to the Emerald Shores of the Gulf Coast is only steps from the unit door!

Everything is ready & waiting for you to enjoy your beach vacation! Come get your toes in the sugary white sands of Navarre Beach!

Enjoyed our stay! This was my first time to Navarre. We were there to see my son for the weekend whom is stationed at the naval base in Pensacola. My daughter and her 2 small children were with us as well. The condo is a very short walk to the beach and had all the beach accessories we could have ever needed. Unit was clean and well equipped with towels and cooking necessities . All appliances were fairly new and the decor was nicely done as well. You don’t have a view of the beach from the condo but it is only about 10 yards from the door to the boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the beach. Property location was near by restaurants and parking was spacious. No complaints!

I absolutely love staying at this place! it is still so perfect for our family with 3 little boys. the kitchen is well stocked, the linens are well stocked, beach towels/beach toys well stocked, great washer/dryer, love the location, love that its on the ground directly in front of our vehicle for ease and convenience with kids, love the little fenced in patio out back for the kids. if you are looking for a nice enough place to stay with your kids (esp littles) but don’t want to worry about balconies,stairs,elevators, or a place being *soooo nice* that you’re afraid your kids will break something/mess something up, then this is a perfect place to stay. I also love that when we come in we don’t have to move stuff around/move breakable stuff out of the way due to little kids … we can just relax. we plan to continue coming right back here as long as it works well for our family.

Great location, great condo

We had a wonderful time here! The condo is in a perfect location, just steps away from the beach and walking distance to the pier. We were so thrilled with how stocked the condo was! Clearly a GREAT place to stay with kids! There were beach towels, chairs, pool/beach toys, baby gate, pack and play, and even pack and play pad and sheets! There was plenty of space for all of us, a perfect little fenced in back patio area great for the kids, the place was clean and nice but not fancy (which made it perfect for kids!) comfortable beds, we slept GREAT, blackout curtains and a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of basics too like dishwasher tabs, dish soap and sponges, trash bags, a great washer and dryer, lots of towels and extra toilet paper! Haha! I know that sounds silly but so many places are not that well stocked. We plan to continue booking vacations here. It was perfect and so great with the kids! (Our kids are 6,4, and 19 months for age reference) highly recommend for anyone and especially families with kids!

Great location!

We loved EVERYTHING about this property! The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect spot to quickly get to the beach. We loved the board games and the beach supplies they had available. Pensacola is 30 minutes away and Destin is 45 minutes and we were able to visit both during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and hope we can book this property the next time we need a beach getaway!

The Perfect Vacation

This was our families first trip to Florida and it did not disappoint. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive any time I had a question. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!
