**Master Suite:** Luxury king bed, 43” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A twin roll-away bed is available in the closet.
**Second Bedroom:** Cozy queen bed and a 32” Smart TV.
**Third Bedroom:** Two twin beds, perfect for kids or friends.
**Pack ‘n Play:** Available for our youngest guests.
**Hall Bathroom:** Features a tub with a grab bar for safety and relaxation.

**Entertainment & Outdoor Living:**
**Game Room:** Packed with fun, including a ping pong table, foosball table, a 2-player basketball game, and a classic arcade machine with 14 games.
**Sunroom:** A large, climate-controlled space with extra seating, a dining area, and a life-size Connect Four game.
**Private Backyard:** Fully fenced for privacy, featuring a BBQ grill, picnic table, cornhole, a firepit for evening gatherings, and a hammock for quiet moments.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire home. There are no shared spaces. Your private access includes:
* The entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.
* Indoor game room and climate-controlled sunroom.
* Fully fenced private backyard with grill, picnic table, firepit, and games.
* Free on-site washer and dryer.
* Dedicated off-street parking.
* A full set of beach supplies is provided for your convenience, including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, and towels.

**Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter set of essential supplies to get you settled in. For longer stays or additional needs, several grocery stores (Walmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, ALDI) are conveniently located just minutes from the house.
