Newly updated, stunning, and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front beach condo. Escape to the hypnotic lure of beach life in a quality furnished and well-appointed tropical get-away with the comforts of home. Expansive glass doors and balconies overlook the renowned north Florida ‘sugar white’ sands and emerald Gulf waters. Inspiring uncrowded panoramic views of ever-changing nature and beach life. Beachside outdoor pool. King bed in master with ensuite bathroom. Two beds in second bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and open to both dining and living room. Attractive plank tile throughout. Large washer and dryer in unit. Cable HDTV, Blu-ray DVD streaming in living room. HDTV in master. Free Wi-Fi. Elevator. Pool with lounges, tables, bathrooms, outdoor shower.

The condo is away from hustle and bustle yet only a short walk east to the Navarre fishing pier, beach side restaurants, and state marine park with sea turtle conservatory. Walk or bicycle west a few miles to the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park. Bike or drive along beach thru sea oat covered sand dunes to visit restaurants, bars, and shops in Pensacola Beach on other side of national park.

Many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and other services are a convenient short trip across the intercoastal bridge on mainland. Drive east and you will be in Fort Walton Beach and then Destin. Drive west to Gulf Breeze and then historic Pensacola.

Sleeps 4 comfortably. Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Condo only sleeps 4 or less

No grilling on balcony. Outdoor grilling area and bicycle racks on site.

Covered and uncovered free parking on site. Trailers and pull behinds are prohibited from parking area and will be towed at owner’s expense with no recourse whatsoever.

The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. Very clean, bright and spacious. Definitely nicer than some of the other units in the building. Check in and out was very easy. The ease of access to the beach as well as the chair rentals were also very convenient. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience staying in this building and this unit. I would definitely recommend it.

The property was clean and in good repair, as advertised. The location is great and our preferred place to stay. The beach also isn’t crowded which is a plus to us. The only downside was both coffee makers were dirty in the water reservoir so we weren’t able to use them. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great location, great beach. Very laid back, not busy like PCB or Destin. We got chair & umbrella rental for the week. Everything about the condo was nice and as described. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, wanted to take it with me lol. This is a great rental, close to pool and beach access. You will not be disappointed!

Very Nice Property

The Emerald Surf Property was very well kept and managed. The condo itself was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only negative was the king size bed. It was well worn in the areas where couples sleep and was hard as a rock. I slept in the extra bedroom on a twin for 3 nights because it was hurting my hips and shoulders. I would definitely stay there again if the bed is replaced. The view of the beach and the balcony were great!

Very relaxing trip

This unit was wonderful and we had an amazing stay. Emerald Surf is about a mile from the pier (and the larger crowds) and easy walking distance to amazing restaurants.

Great Direct Gulf/Beach Front Property!

We loved our stay in this condo! Condo is WELL appointed and laid out. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with balcony, private bathroom and right on the gulf of Mexico. Beach is pristine and barely has any people at all. You could put your beach towel anywhere! Best beach vacation ever! Condo building is very well managed with super attentive staff. No problems and hope to return soon!

Late July 2023

This condo is clean and in an excellent location. It has quick access to beach, pool area and parking. We found this complex to be very quiet and calm, and it’s in a less crowded area of beach compared to condos/hotel closer to the pier. The property photos are very accurate. Jan was easy to work with and responded extremely quickly to the questions we had about checkin. This was the first time in a decade that I didn’t have to clean a condo as soon as we arrived, so that was wonderful! We would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Adaquate accommodations

This property is lack luster. It met our needs but there is no going above and beyond for guests of this condo. No hair dryer, no beach chairs to use, bare minimum as far as kitchen utensils. The property itself is tidy but there again lack luster. The pool and deck area are quite small and needing some attention. Three claps for Jan, our contact person, she was perfectly lovely and easy to communicate with.

My bedroom overlooked the beautiful ocean. It was a awesome condo!

Only negative thing I have to say about this great condo is, the patio furniture was plastic and not comfortable! Everything else was awesome! Great location, nice pool, location to beach fantastic!!

This condo was exactly as described. Clean & neat. There was a weird cleaner smell upon arrival but cleared up eventually. Nice quiet area with the only complaint being you can hear the people in the condo above you but that’s not the owners fault. All in all was a great trip with great accommodations.
