Please request for the pool to be heated.

This relaxing home really has it all! You will feel right at home with all new beds and linens. Decorated with style and beachy flair. You will want to spend most of your days sitting by the pool and getting in the hot tub on chilly nights. The pac-man arcade and games will keep the kids busy for hours!

Guest will have access to the whole home except the master closet will be locked off.

* **Pool Safety:** The pool and backyard are fully fenced. For the safety of your entire group, children MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT in the pool and hot tub areas at all times. Guests accept full responsibility for the safety of their party. The owners assume no responsibility for any accident, injury, or loss of personal property.
* **Amenities & Supplies:** We provide beach gear for your convenience. You will also find a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) to get you settled. For longer stays, you will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.
* **Fees & Fines:** A fine of $500 plus damages will be assessed for bringing a pet or breaking any house rules. Any HOA fines incurred for unapproved vehicles (such as RVs or campers) will be the guest's responsibility.

For your security there is a ring doorbell, a camera in the front of the house facing the street, a camera in the front facing the driveway and a camera in the backyard facing the pool & hot tub. They are strictly for emergency purposes only. There are 2 cameras that are not hooked up - 1 by garage & 1 in by hot tub. No covering of cameras. If they are there will be a fine of $500.

Great Spot for Vacation!

This place is very clean in quiet neighborhood. Close to beach , grocery and restaurants. We spent every day in pool as so relaxing!! Great communication with Jen and no issues at all during our stay. We plan to come again. Highly recommend!

Our family of 7 including 2 teen girls and 3 boys ages 11 4 and 2 had the pleasure of staying in this Beautiful Peaceful Home great pool and hot tub they kept safety in mind for small children!!! Will definitely come back this home again and again

Didnt get to warm up as much as we hoped but the break from snow was wonderful. House had everthing we needed. Owner very accomodating. Only thing i would note was automated vacuum in pool could not be removed. If u have kids you may want to negotiate that. Great setup. Had a wonderful time!

Very clean and comfortable home. Jen was prompt in replying. Pac Man was a nostalgic bonus. Kitchen was stocked and clean. Pool and hot tub was great! Comfortable beds. Great location close to beaches, grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Home

Everything was great at this home. We definitely loved all of the space. It was very comfortable. We unfortunately did not get to use the pool or hot tub because we weren't there during the day but it all looked wonderful. The pacman game was the perfect touch. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Quiet neighborhood

We had an amazing time in Navarre the house was beautiful and well maintained. We literally booked the house the day before we left and couldn't have been happier with the area and experience. There are a lot of things to do in the area and when we were done exploring for the day we went back to the house in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
