    Fantastico condominio con layout spazioso su questa unità dell'est. Rendendolo un luogo perfetto per incontrarsi con amici e parenti per godere delle viste panoramiche uniche sul Santa Rosa Sound, sul Golfo del Messico e sull'Isola della Navarra Beach. Navarre Beach ha una sabbia bianca perfetta, pulita, scintillante, acque verde smeraldo e il miglior molo di pesca in Florida!

    I proprietari di questa unità hanno messo il vostro comfort come la loro massima priorità. L'unità è stata recentemente arredata e decorata con gusto, ed è in ottime condizioni. Il condominio comprende molti servizi speciali come la filtrazione dell'acqua intera unità, mobili di fascia alta tra cui una scrivania e letto king size con materasso pillow top di lusso nella camera da letto principale. Il balcone ha mobili da balcone costosi e robusti, molti posti a sedere per apprezzare la vista frontale sul golfo e ammirare un tramonto o due. L'unità include anche tende oscuranti personalizzate (enorme aggiornamento) e persiane, e ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con un miscelatore KitchenAid e un grande tagliere per macelleria.

    Ogni camera ha accesso a un balcone - il padrone della terrazza di grandi dimensioni sulla spiaggia fronte mare, le due camere da letto per gli ospiti hanno ciascuna un balcone che offre una vista dell'alba sulla camera est e una vista del tramonto sulla camera ovest.

This condo had a great view on three sides!!! We enjoyed the comfy bedding, well equipped kitchen, utilized the rental chairs and the extra chairs and umbrellas. Being so close to the beach was wonderful and made for relaxing views from the patio. The garage, easy check-in/out, super cleanliness, quick elevators, and informative host were all bonuses. Navarre is a beautiful beach, we will be back!

Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Great views! Tastefully decorated and very clean. Jetted tub in master and washer & dryer was a pleasant bonus. Easy walk to pool and beach. Comes with everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay there again. Easy check in and checkout, also facility has carts to help carry your luggage in. Had a couple of small plumbing issues but maintenance came out and took care of them.

Beautiful property, the views from all directions is incredible. The weather was poor while we were there so we were grateful to have such a nice place to spend time indoors with views. We loved the dining booth nook for our toddler. Everything was clean and well kept. Only negative was that they include next to nothing in the kitchen, be prepared to bring or buy anything kitchen, cooking, or food related. We even had to buy a dish sponge, an extra dish towel, and salt and pepper. Still, we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice. Everything window had great views. The location was great and the the beach is the best. There were a few items that needed to be addressed. The rugs in the master bedroom and living room need to be deep cleaned. There are stains on them. The living room rug in front of the recliner, had a long spot that looked like some animal had puked on it and not been cleaned up.The large balcony has a huge black stain on it that looks like something had been killed out there and bled all over. It needs to be power washed. Also hair dryers would have been nice. Beach hair, don't care works most of the time unless you want to clean up for dinner and would like to fix your hair.All in all, you can't wrong with this place.

Great views in all directions. Layout and spaciousness were great. Furnishings were very good. We like it enough to consider renting it again if the price is appropriate.

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Plenty of room and all 6 of us loved the comfortable beds! The condo was as advertised and very convenient to the pool and beach. We will look to return in the future.

Relaxing get-away!

Perfect for a family! Beautiful location. Fully stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views of the gulf. Beach chairs were great. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic condo with amazing views

This is a spacious condo with beautiful views from every room. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and balcony. We watched dolphins in both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, fishing pier, and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

Second trip to Navarre

This is the first time the kids stayed at the beach and the second time my husband and I have been to Navarre Beach and also the second time we have stayed in the beach colony condos. It was another amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described with beautiful views out every window. Our kids LOVED their bedroom with separate beds and their own bathroom.. and a tv in their bedroom, that was mind blowing for them. My mother also loved her own room, balcony, and bathroom. The place was clean just as expected, another great experience at these condos. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florida!

This unit exceptional! It was super clean & well maintained. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. I do not have one negative thing to say about this unit or the entire property! 10 out of 10!

Great Condo in Navarre Beach!

This was our first visit to the area but won’t be the last. The condo itself was great in terms of location, comfort and a quiet area. We enjoyed the space/layout. It is in the upper half of a 19-floor building, but all three elevators ran smoothly and quickly during spring break it’s a quiet area - a mix of residents and renters, and quiet hours that were kept well during our visit. I was worried about spring breakers making a lot of noise that would bother our sensory-challenges kids but thankfully this was not the party spot! The dedicated covered parking was great at the condo too. Beach is just an elevator ride away, as is the large pool and tennis/pickleball court. For those always wondering, at time of our stay, there was both a keurig and regular coffee pot to use. There was a blender and kitchen aid stand mixer too. The side by side fridge also made a good amount of ice! We didn’t do much cooking but seemed there was a good amount of gear to do so if desired. The only things I’d ask the management co to do is 1) add more wash cloths - there’s not a lot do you will be doing more laundry 2) a few oversized fluffy blankets as the furniture is leather/gets cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay with comfy beds, great views and a wonderful location.

13A Beach Colony West

The check in process needs lots of improvement. You don't receive the instructions until 10 minutes before check in time. Beach Colony West has a gate so you really need the code prior to that time especially if you are traveling a long distance as I was. When I didn't get the check in information by 15 minutes before time I tried calling but each number that you could select went to an answering machine. On a busy check in day...Saturday...someone needs to be available to answer the phone. I would not use this company again unless they provide more checkin information prior to my arrival date. This unit has several rugs in the entry way, hallway and on the way to the kitchen. None of these rugs is secured with a pad or mat creating a tripping hazard. Also most of the corners are turned up which is another tripping issue. I took all of the rugs up and put them away as I had small children I and could just see one of them falling and breaking their arm on day one of vacation. This unit does not come with chair/umbrella rental. The unit does have 1 umbrella and chairs in the closet but who wants to haul that to the beach every day on vacation. The views from Beach Colony are fantastic as well as the patio is awesome. This unit could use an update on patio furniture as it left something to be desired. I visit Navarre every year on vacation and there are much better units if you rent earlier enough. I would not stay in this unit again and would not recommend Gulf Coast Getaways unless they improve their checkin process.
