Moon Shadow is a beautiful home! Great Stay!!

This home is absolutely stunning! We stayed here for a family vacation, along with another family from Louisiana. My husband and his friend, who hadn't seen each other in five years since their military service, had a wonderful reunion. Both families drove over six hours to get here. While we would have appreciated an early check-in and late check-out, it wasn’t an option without incurring an additional day’s charge, even though the cleaning crew had already left. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket, a thoughtful touch. The property manager, Michelle, was excellent and responsive. The house was fully stocked, including pantry items, toiletries, and even beach amenities—there was no need to bring extra supplies. One concern was the construction happening just five feet away, which was not mentioned beforehand. The presence of workers made it uncomfortable for our teenage daughters to enjoy the outdoor space, and the noise was disruptive. Additionally, there is no bay access within the community, and we are still waiting to receive our refundable deposit. Despite these issues, everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Great Beach House

Nice beach house with a short drive to public beach access. Very clean, comfortable, with alot of kitchen and beach accessories. Toddler chair was a huge plus+.

Construction nightmare

Let me save you some time and tell you what the property management company/owners are *INTENTIONALLY* withholding from the listing. There is a home being built DIRECTLY next door. So if you don’t want to deal with construction noise from 7am-5pm EVERY SINGLE DAY OF YOUR VACATION- then maybe find a different property. We had a lovely port-a-potty stationed almost directly outside the front door, and were woken up with a variety of noises like Jack hammers and concrete trucks *every day*. The pictures also make it seem like you can walk straight out to the sound, and you cannot. I will never rent from RMI, or this particular home, ever again.

Stop looking and book this house.

Absolutely amazing home. So clean, modern and comforting. Great location (you do have to drive a mile or so to the beach) but super easy. In addition, they provide so many goodies like beach chairs, kids toys, even a dinning chair for your little ones. Just amazing. Do not think twice… stay here.

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were not heated. Both were too cold to use.
