Navarre/Pensacola Beach Home 450ft to Ocean Water

This beautiful Navarre/Pensacola Beach home is located just steps away from the ocean and has recently been renovated with new flooring. Enjoy stunning views of the ocean and bay from every room in the house. Each window offers either an ocean or bay view. The home accommodates up to eight guests. All bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and an attached private suite with a vanity and walk-in shower. The loft area upstairs includes a king-size bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a third full bathroom.

The public beach access is a quick two-minute walk from the house, just three homes down the road. Its proximity makes reaching the beach convenient and hassle-free.

We just wrapped up a wonderful four-week stay at this property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. If you are looking for a spot that balances relaxation with activity, this is it.The Highlights:Unbeatable Location: The access to the beach is incredibly easy, making daily walks on the sand a breeze. Being situated between the Sound and the Gulf provided us with stunning water views from almost every angle.A Chef’s Kitchen: As someone who enjoys cooking, I was thrilled to find a kitchen equipped with high-quality stainless steel cookware. It was versatile enough to handle everything from boiling fresh local shrimp and searing scallops to making a perfect morning omelette.Cyclist's Dream: Being located right on the pedestrian/bike path was a massive plus. It made getting out for a ride convenient and safe, which we took advantage of frequently.We experienced a minor service issue, and a handyman was on site in less than 15 minutes (over the weekend) and resolved the issue.Whether you're looking to spend your days on the water or exploring the local paths, this VRBO is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. We loved bring so close to the water on both sides of the island and the beautiful views. The layout feels comfortable and cozy with enough space for family gatherings to enjoy food, a football game, or play games together. It is an amazing value and we will be back.

The location is awesome! The house however needs many improvements. Kitchen needs much more. Not near enough dishes to accommodate the number of people it hosts. We used paper plates, bowls, red solo cups and plastic silverware. Had to buy kitchen utensils and hand towels. The bathrooms need new shower installs, very small. Tolites and sinks were fine and very clean. Bath tub did not work out for baby baths. Needs replaced. The jets are full of black deposits and come out when the water fills up. We used the kitchen sink for baby which was fine. Again everything was very clean. Mattresses all need replaced. My husband fixed a few stair and deck issues. It’s questionable in places as far as safety. This house just needs some TLC. Also the laundry room bi fold door fell when I tried to close which could have been very harmful to the baby on the floor. The top stairs tolite is not attached to floor. Needs secured On a positive note we had a wonderful time and appreciate our time there and that it was clean.

This was our first time staying in Navarre. One thing you need to know about this location is that you are pretty much on an island with one very small, always congested 2 way traffic bridge as your only means of entering and exiting area. Why this isn't mentioned in the listing is beyond me. Furthermore, none of the 5 star reviews do either. I spoke with 3 different individuals who live nearby and they ALL stated this is a known problem. Now let's talk about the house. The pictures are carefully angled and taken in a manner to misrepresent the overall condition of the property. Besides being right across the street from the beach, there is definitely no reason for the daily rate to be so high. The entire house was halfway updated. There were patches of mismatched paint throughout. The stair banister was partially painted white over the original wood look color with latex wall paint. There was a substantial, poorly completed roof patch on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are extremely outdated. One of the shower floors literally had duct tape covering a crack! The light fixtures were old and the existing lightbulbs were dim if they worked at all. Outside, as you walk, you can feel the boards beneath you moving. The metal rail on the right side of the house looking from the street is so loose, you can jingle it with one finger. A child is going to end up falling off. The door handle was so loose it was about to come off. The location was good, beach beautiful.

Good but ….

The house was clean but a little shabby. We had a family member trip over the uneven concrete in the parking area. I really feel that needs to be addressed in someway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice home away from home

Nice little home in Navarre Beach area. Plenty of space for three of us and the wife loved the water pressure for the shower. This was a very relaxing house and met all our needs for a week at Navarre.

Hurricane Getaway

My little girl and I were running from a hurricane that was coming straight to our hometown. Nick was very understanding and helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. We were in a rush to evacuate and he helped take away the anxieties by being so kind and quick to respond. We were blessed to have such a nice home to stay in temporarily.

House was very nice , great location . There is a box downstairs full of sand toys and floats That was nice although we brought our own. In desperate need of a new grill. The one there was torn all apart and unable to use. Could use some updated photos of the property to include the bathrooms. Overall I would recommend!!

Extremely Disappointed

The property was very disappointing. The actual furniture and the furniture in the pictures are different. First impression was that it had not been rented in a while and was forgotten about and not cleaned before we arrived. Everything was dirty. Door knobs missing, no dish towels to use, a very musty smell. The outdoor grill was trashed with glass bottles. The only positive thing I can say is that the house is in a good location.

Family vacation

Nice house. Enjoyed our stay. Had a few little things that I felt like needed to be done. Gas grill was out of gas and didnt want to spend the money to fill it up for a one time use, maybe an option for a charcoal grill. House is being updated and isnt completed yet but will be nice when done. Overall enjoyed our stay and as always, Navarre Beach is our favorite.

Winter at the Beach

Went for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was quiet and comfy, and quite lovely. The home is not too far from the bridge that connects to the city, deeming it a great location. Nice home with large living space for family and friends gatherings. The third bedroom is on a loft, and has a lovely private deck. There's a walk/run road just out front, begging you to be active! Although there is a home directly across the street, you still get pretty good views of the gulf. I'll definitely return.

Location was great for this house but truthfully house is in need of some updating. But for the pricing I think it’s a good value. But the house is definitely needing updating. Couch in family room is extremely old and worn. The steps entering the house definitely are not fun to climb. They lean and dine have been replaced but you really have to watch your step. The railing near the front door is extremely loose. Don’t push on it! Lol. We had one issue while there, a leak from the upstairs bathroom came through the ceiling into the floor downstairs now no one can plan for that but we were told to not use that bathroom and no partial refund offered. With a large family there, that was definitely inconvenient for sure.

Favorite beach getaway

This is our second year staying at the house. My kids loved it so much and we had the best time. Nick is super nice and great about replying to questions. The beach is a just a short walk to the right. We had everything we needed. It’s just a super relaxing location and you can even see the ocean across the street from the balconies. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Perfect Navarre Beach house for us.

Decided to spend Christmas at Navarre Beach with family. This house accommodated us perfectly. Enjoyed our stay even though it was bitter cold and windy. We highly recommend. Will go back.

Overall we did enjoy our stay there. We were a little disappointed upon arrival. In the picture, it is a house standing with nothing behind it or beside it. There are now houses on all sides but one. They seem to have been there awhile. The top step is not in the best shape and is uneven and not completely screwed in anymore. This made it difficult for my disabled mom walking with a cane. This also made it concerning when it rained for a slip hazard since it is uneven. Also, the concrete pad is not one smooth surface causing my dad who doesn’t see well to trip often and in several spots The deck is uneven and missing some nails. Once inside, we had to sweep the food left on the floor, there was trash under the couch and under the cushions outside. The beds were comfy, one of the TVs in the bedrooms had no remote. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooked everyday. It had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were convenient. The upstairs shower didn’t shut and had mold on the mirror. It’s things that at the end of the day, didn’t matter, but for the price you pay, I expected a little bit better. The outdoor furniture needs to either be updated or power washed. There are cameras on the deck area where you sit. Overall, we wouldn’t stay again. The step issue and concrete were a big issue for us. We did rent a golf cart to ride around in and get back and forth to the beach. We enjoyed that and made it easier for my parents to get to the beach.. it is a walkable distance, however for them, it was a little bit.

Best beach house

Extremely pleased with this beach house! It was the perfect size for our group (6 adults, 2 kids). Enjoyable layout with plenty room for all of us to hang out. Easy access to the beach and good restaurants. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great family stay!!

The house was perfect for our needs. We came in town for a birthday and graduation and enjoyed being so close to the beach and having room for all of us. The porch was our favorite spot! Definitely recommend.

Amazing beach family getaway

This home was a fantastic spot for a family vacation to enjoy the beach! It was a lovely open design home conveniently located close to the beach with amazing views from the balconies that was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The place was very clean and we had a wonderful time and made fantastic family memories!

Lovely and spacious.

Great access to the beach. A short walk. Loved that all had spacious bedrooms with bathrooms! Nice decks to eat and do some sunning.
