Start your mornings on the private balcony overlooking brilliant turquoise waters, and spend your days swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or simply unwinding in the beauty of the Emerald Coast. This inviting getaway is designed for rest, relaxation, and making lasting memories.

    When you’re ready to venture out, Pensacola is just a short drive away with great shopping, local dining, and entertainment. Families will also love visiting the nearby Gulf Breeze Zoo for a fun-filled day everyone can enjoy.

    Please note: we are unable to host guests with service animals or emotional support animals due to a child in our family with pet allergies. We also do not provide baby gates for the stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

    A welcome letter with check-in and check-out details, access codes, and condo policies will be emailed 2–4 weeks before your stay. Please note: if the check-out cleaning instructions are not followed and extra cleaning is required beyond the normal routine, an additional cleaning fee of up to the full cleaning amount may be charged directly to the guest.

The condo was really nice and comfortable. The beds and linens were comfortable. Everything was clean. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very easy and quick communication. Very nice and clean. Plenty of extras that made our stay amazing worry free and a lot lighter to travel. Kids really enjoyed the boogie boards, arcade games, bikes, and kayak. The view in the morning with a cup of coffee amazing. I highly recommend and hope to make it back next year.

Wes & family were excellent hosts and great communicators!Their place has wonderful beach access and great beach views in the evening when you are winding down or enjoying a meal on the patio. The condo has everything you need too!: bikes, beach chairs & toys, etc.

Beachview #2 was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room (6 adults, a toddler and two infants) and the location was great! The garage was a nice bonus to keep beach supplies in each afternoon. We will return and will recommend to others. Only suggestion to others would be to bring a fan for the living room, it stayed pretty toasty in there….even with the curtains closed….but it didn’t take away from how wonderful the place was and how awesome communication was with the owners. Thanks for helping make our family vacation memorable.

Everything was great but the townhouse was very hot inside! Couldn’t turn air conditioner down to keep the townhouse cool and made it uncomfortable during the day and night!

We had such a nice time staying here! Everything was extremely clean and the beds were comfy so we couldn’t have been happier! We made our reservations last minute but the communication with the host was wonderful and everything was perfectly ready for our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Super easy check in with door code, kitchen fully stocked, easy access to the most beautiful beach, and all beach supplies provided made traveling a breeze. We had a great trip! Wes and Melissa responded immediately to questions and made sure our stay was perfect!

Absolutely beautiful setting and plenty to do, very family oriented. Probably one of my favorite places I've stayed, as well as my kiddos. Owners friendly and responsive as well.

Great family townhouse

We had a great stay during our vacation to Navarre Beach. This house had plenty of room for our family of seven (3 adults, 3 teens, 1 toddler) with everything we needed. Plenty of beds, cooking supplies, toys, towels, etc. great owners, great location, great vacation.We look forward to our next trip to Navarre!

Can't wait to stay again!

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The little extra touches that were provided really showed how much the owners care about the guests experience. We vacation in Navarre several times a year and my family is already asking to stay here again.
