La nostra casa al mare è una casa di città cara 2 camere da letto, 2 1 // 2 bagni situata sulla sabbia bianca della spiaggia di Navarra nel Golfo del Messico. La Navarre Beach si trova sull'isola di Santa Rosa, un'isola barriera nel Golfo del Messico, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia nazionale delle Isole del Golfo.

L'unità ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e bagno (vasca e doccia). La seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Le camere sono separate da un altro bagno completo (doccia). Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV in modo che tutti possano guardare ciò che vogliono! Il divano si trasforma anche in un letto che consentirebbe un totale di sei persone. Naturalmente, vengono fornite le lenzuola.

La cucina ha un tavolo per sei e un bar. È fornito con le necessità per la tua settimana per includere microonde, caffettiera, tostapane e frullatore.

C'è una zona giorno che porta a un piccolo cortile recintato in cui è possibile conservare tutte le cose da spiaggia per bambini! C'è un tavolo sul patio posteriore. Una stanza di polvere, mezzo bagno, è al piano principale.

L'unità è decorata con colori chiari, "da spiaggia" e ha un'atmosfera da cottage. È aperto e arioso in quanto è un'unità terminale con finestre sul lato! Puoi vedere l'acqua dalla finestrella in cima alle nostre scale. Questo ti mostra quanto sei vicino al paradiso! Vedi l'immagine.

È una grande unità per una famiglia in quanto il parcheggio è riservato e direttamente di fronte all'unità. Inoltre, una lavatrice e asciugatrice è lì per la vostra convenienza.

Svoltare a destra fuori dalla porta principale e sei a pochi passi dal passaggio verso la spiaggia. Gira a sinistra e sei a destra nella piscina riscaldata. (La piscina è riscaldata solo da marzo a ottobre) Se siete stati a Sugar Beach, siamo le due camere da letto più vicine all'oceano!

La Navarra è conosciuta come "il miglior segreto custodito della Florida" e consideriamo la nostra casa sulla spiaggia il prossimo "segreto" migliore. Ci piacerebbe condividerla con te e rendere la tua vacanza qualcosa da ricordare!

"Seas the day" e prova una vacanza con noi! Sarà "a dir poco" un'esperienza meravigliosa.

One minute walk to beach was fantastic, but the overall cleanliness was a 3/10.

The Basics inside the condo, countertops, toilet, showers, etc., were clean, but all of the extras, doors, walls, baseboards, light switches, etc., were filthy, and there was a stench in the air. I also had an issue with getting into the condo initially, and after leaving a voicemail, I had to wait for the owner to call me back to give me the correct code because she wrote down the wrong one. Since I spent most of my time on the beach, I had a good stay, but I would not recommend this condo to a friend largely because of the lack of cleanliness.

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back! We absolutely love Navarre Beach and we love the comfort of staying in a condo. This condo met all our needs for our stay - beds were comfortable, house was well stocked for our needs, and the stay was cozy! Thanks for another great vacation!

Great Stay!

My family has stayed in these condo units for several years now, and we were excited to get the unit closest to the beach this year! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. While our stay was fantastic, it's worth noting that there were no beach chairs or beach towels provided, as we've found in the other units. So, I would recommend future guests bring their own to fully enjoy the beautiful beach. Despite this minor consideration, our overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We LOVE Sugar Beach and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.

We have stayed here multiple time and have always enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the perfect location and easy access to beach. I’ve never had to buy extra things to stay here, all our needs were met. The property owner has always worked with us if something came up. Would recommend to anyone for short stay or longer.

Paradise for families

This townhome is perfection for comfort, close beach access, and relaxation. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and have never had such a short, easy walk to the beach. Shower & hose out front made sand removal a breeze. The emerald coast is beautiful and this stretch of beaches is absolute paradise. 10/10 recommend!

Summer Beach Trip

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and close to the beach! Love the shower and hose right outside to clean up beach toys and feet! The pool was great on the double red flag day. I would recommend this townhouse for families looking for a beach trip!

Great Location!

This was the second time our family of four has stayed in this property when visiting Navarre. It's a no-frills townhome that has everything you need, unbeatable location to the beach, and at the right price. This will continue to be one of the first properties we check for our annual trip to Navarre.

WE loved the fact that it was the closest unit to the beach. The unit worked well for us. The internet connection is terrible. We were unable to watch the living room TV, no cable connected to that TV, movie channels would not work due to internet connection. The outside grill needs some TLC, new grate for sure. The AC is excellent, beds comfortable. Hope to return again in future.

Spring break 23'

The property listing was accurate and the owner was excellent with communication. Some other reviewers complained about not having extra toilet paper or amenities so I came prepared with my own paper towels and such. People complain about little things but the truth is, you get what you pay for. This little townhome is smaller, older , may need some updates but it was perfect for what we needed within the price range. It was great distance to the beach and pool. It met my expectations.

Beach vacation

I have stayed multiple times at this condo and plan on staying more. The location is perfect for my family. There is a short walk to the beach and easy access with chairs, tent and any other things you would take to the beach. I enjoy being able to leave my things on the beach and go up for lunch and come back down. We have had wonderful experiences there and will continue to do so. You can contact the owners and they will contact very quickly with any issues you have.

Stay at sugar beach!

First, let me say that the check in process was easy peasy and Angie was very kind to let us check in about 30 minutes earlier than the time slotted. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool, and the back gate access was great, too! We also loved that the dining table was able to comfortably seat all 6 of us for family meals, and the 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The condo was cute, but was a little worse for wear; you can tell many a family had enjoyed their stay. That being said, we were disappointed that we couldn't grill or spend more time on the patio. The grate and brush for the grill were rusted and messed up beyond belief, and the patio area needs a bit of love- at least the lawn team to come back and mow the prickers down. The only other complaints I have are cleanliness by the cleaning team that are out of Ms Angie's control, unless she checks in every week, which would be ridiculous. We will definitely rent here again; we had a blast!!
