Goditi il santuario dell'alba mattutina attraverso le acque turchesi e le sabbie candide delle spiagge della Navarra Beach. Complesso Gulf View a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con passerella in legno. Parcheggio coperto sotto l'unità. Pelican Point dispone di 1400 piedi quadrati, 2 camere da letto con letti King e Queen, 2 bagni 1/2, cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, bar per la colazione con sgabelli da 2 bar e tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, Master Suite King con vista sul Golfo del Messico con balcone e TV a schermo piatto. Seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno annesso completo con vasca / doccia combinata e tv a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno ha comodi posti a sedere, divano letto con grande TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD. Godetevi l'arredamento tradizionale della casa sulla spiaggia costiera completo di arredi confortevoli per farvi sentire come a casa. Splendido portico anteriore completo di sedie a sdraio per godersi la vista sull'oceano. Grill a gas per il piacere di cucinare all'aperto.

Nice Beach place

The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Awesome spot

Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Great location

comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

Perfect location!

Great access to the beach and stocked with everything you need for a great week! We enjoyed using the kitchen and also all of the beach supplies they had available for use.

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!

The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!

A much needed break!

Great location, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beauty of Navarre Beach. The property only needed some minor repair to be perfect, and the few issues were minor and didn't detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point to others and hope to return myself in the future. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home!

We had a blast!

The location was great! The condo was clean for the most part, some mold in the upstairs bathroom and the fridge smelled like rotten fish. Overall, I was happy with our stay. There are some beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff to use but make sure it’s not broken before you carry it to the beach with you.

Great location.

The property did everything we needed it to do. We didn’t stay at the house very much but it had plenty of room for the 6 of us. All of the beds could definitely use an update but we managed. All around it’s well worth it and it is very close to the beach. Easily walkable.
