Salty Breeze è il luogo perfetto per il vostro gruppo di familiari e amici per raccogliere, rilassarsi e trascorrere una settimana gloriosa in paradiso proprio sulla spiaggia!

Questa casa privata è appena stato ristrutturato ed è sotto una nuova gestione della proprietà.

Le pareti di finestre su tutto il piano principale di portare le acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico a destra nel concetto soggiorno e zona pranzo all'aperto. Questo grande spazio permette a tutti di stare insieme, ma consente una zona pranzo / gioco / tv separata; grande cucina / area prep. e un'altra tv / lounging area. Un sacco di spazio per diffondere !!!

Tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto semplice o gourmet può essere trovato in questa cucina. Cenare intorno al grande tavolo, sedersi intorno alle isole 2 cucina, o spalancare i cursori e servire sotto il sole o le stelle sul grande ponte anteriore golfo. 2 tavoli da pic-nic si inserisce l'intero gruppo al di fuori mentre si ascolta l'incidente onde sulla riva ei gabbiani volare in testa.

Prendere un drink o uno snack veloce prima di scendere le scale per la sabbia e surf!

Il Salty Breeze presenta 2 camere da letto matrimoniali king-size separate con bagno interno.
Tutti i bagni sono stati recentemente rimodellati.

Una terza camera da letto spaziosa da 4 posti letto, con 2 letti matrimoniali. La quarta camera da letto è un ottimo posto per i bambini ..... 2 set di letti a castello con una grande area giochi per fare puzzle o giochi, dormendo 4.
Queste due camere da letto si aprono su un grande deck Soundview. un ottimo posto per il caffè del mattino o un posto perfetto per un bicchierino mentre guardi i bei tramonti in estate!

Il soppalco al piano di sopra presenta un letto queen-size ed è una meravigliosa area di "fuga privata".
Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.

Vi è una stanza piena di dimensioni lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovo al piano principale.

L'accesso alla spiaggia è appena fuori dalla porta posteriore. L'incrocio di dune di legno della porta accanto rende molto comodo portare refrigeratori, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e giocattoli da spiaggia al surf.

C'è abbastanza parcheggio per ospitare 5 auto.

Dopo una lunga giornata di relax, gioco, nuoto e bombardamenti, sciacquare sotto la doccia all'aperto sotto la casa e ordinare le shell "tesori" in questa zona ombreggiata. Puoi anche grigliare il pranzo o la cena qui, dove c'è sempre una brezza salata che ti aspetta!

Best family Vacation

The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

December Celebration

Family from Texas came in to celebrate my daughters college graduation. The Salty Breeze was perfect place to gather and weather was perfect with beautiful views!

Group getaway

The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

Only issues were that several of the outlets don’t work throughout the house. I understand the home is huge and takes time to clean and turn over, but the 9 am check out was just a touch too early.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house as a Christmas gift to our children and their families. The house was wonderful! It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

Immaculate Home with Great Views and Convenient Layout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family gathered here to celebrate Christmas. We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

Great house and location

The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for my wedding. We had a great time on the beach and appreciated the floats and toys left for our use. However, we had some issues during our stay. A mouse got into the house and ate our bread the first night. Maintenance put out two traps and by day 3, it was caught. The bigger issue was we discovered bed bugs! I will say the maintenance responded quickly and thoroughly cleaned, but this is not something we should have encountered in the first place. While I appreciate the refund they gave me, it did not even cover the cost of one nights stay. They did provide an option of moving to another house or getting a full refund, but we opted to stay since the wedding was 2 days away. It would have been nice to have more basic amenities too like extra toilet paper and more than just one trash bag. We asked maintenance about the trash bags. He said he would find out then never followed up. We ended up buying our own. The door handle to the porch broke as well, but maintenance did respond quickly again and fixed it. The overall condition of the furniture was not great. One of the Adirondack chairs was broken, the beds were not comfortable, and the couch had a hole in it. Furthermore, the house sleeps 14, but with the couch and loveseat, there’s only 5 seats in the living room. The rest of us had to stay in bedrooms or on the hard Adirondack chairs outside. So, while it’s a nice view, it was way overpriced for all we had to deal with when I should have been able to just relax and get ready for my wedding.

Management did bring over a cooler with ice! My husband and son-in-law finally got the fridge thawed! Didn’t lose any groceries, but wasn’t what we had in mind for a stress free vacation!
