È anche fronte del Golfo con viste incredibili da non perdere. Assicurati di approfittare di questa proprietà premium!

    La disposizione spaziosa di questa casa è ideale per gruppi fino a 16 persone con un sacco di spazio esterno a tutti i livelli. Il piano superiore e il livello principale della casa offrono ampi ponti spaziosi di fronte al golfo, e c'è una zona coperta sotto la casa che può essere utilizzata come spazio aggiuntivo per i bambini da frequentare!

    Il livello principale della casa offre una spaziosa cucina ben fornita, un bar per quattro persone, una sala da pranzo con tavolo per otto e una grande combinazione di soggiorno. Questo spazio invitante rende facile per tutti riunirsi per pasti, giochi, conversazioni o per guardare la grande TV a schermo piatto. Insieme con le aree di vita, il livello principale ha una grande camera da letto con due letti matrimoniali e un bagno nelle vicinanze.
    Il piano superiore della casa offre quattro camere da letto, due delle quali sono master suite sul lungomare! Queste camere sono quasi identiche nelle loro dimensioni e caratteristiche con entrambe offrono una vista mozzafiato sul golfo, un bagno privato, un letto king-size, un divano futon full-size e una porta che si apre su un balcone. Che meraviglia! Questo piano superiore ha due camere da letto con un bagno nelle vicinanze. Una camera ha due letti queen-size e l'altra camera da letto ha un letto king-size. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice si trovano anche all'ultimo piano.

    La caratteristica più importante di questa bella casa è la posizione, con la spiaggia proprio fuori dalla porta principale! Basta una breve passeggiata sulle dune e puoi tuffarti nelle acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico! Questa è una vacanza che il tuo gruppo non dimenticherà mai.

The house is in a great location with stunning ocean views. We even saw dolphins swim by while sipping coffee on the deck. The large living space provided a comfortable setting for 10 people to hang out.

Beautiful views and lots of space. Close to the beach and nearby establishments. The sand walkover was uphill a good ways so be cautious if you have reduced mobility. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was prefect for a large family, it was exactly like the pictures showed. It was close to the beach and made it easy to get to. We loved the house and location.

Amazing

Such a beautiful place we all had such a great time. Location was good. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us. The balcony was amazing and honestly that's where I spent most of my time. My bed was comfortable and our bathroom was so spacious. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great trip kids could ride bike on lower level if beach wasn’t desired that day. Kids to make the walk over the dunes along. Need a few more kitchen supplies but we made do.

Great location and layout but needs deep cleaning and repairs

The location and layout of the house are great, but the kitchen and bathrooms need updates and better cleaning. Floors, walls, doors, and baseboards were scratched and dirty, several of the light fixtures are not secured properly to the ceiling, and the overall cleanliness was not great. For the rental cost, we expected better.

Nice rental

We have a handicap family member and were not aware of the number of steps just to get from where the vehicles were parked to the bottom floor of the rental. That caused difficulty because then that family member was not able to get out. Lots of burs in the grass that my dog kept getting in that was not noted in the description. None of the outlets in the upstairs shared bathroom work. Toilet is loose as well. No broom or mop available, so we had to go buy our own. Parking is very difficult with numerous vehicles. Rental was very spacious for our entire family. Clean and drink cooler/icemaker in living room is a really nice thing to have! Amenities are nice as well. Check in was easy as well.

All the beds was very uncomfortable. Internet was terrible which effected all the TVs. Not enough parking for a house that size. Not really a pet friendly house because there isn't anywhere for pets to go the the bathroom.

Great family getaway!

This property was the perfect location for our family vacation! The open downstairs floor plan allowed us to all gather comfortably and create wonderful family memories. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill located in the breezeway was very convenient. The bedroom/bathroom setup was great….we had 12adults and one infant. The Beachview was awesome and being able to walk to the ocean was very convenient. Look forward to coming again1

Great location!

We had a very good experience renting this place. We would rent again, their listing info is accurate. This house sit in a cluster with other houses, there is a shared parking and path to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had one bedroom where the bed were not made, they were just left sheets, covers, etc. on the bed…no biggie. Overall it was very clean and a great experience!

Blissfull

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The best part, though, was the beach. I'm not a morning person, but I was happy to wake up at 6 each morning and go for a stroll on the beach before the kids woke up. Overall, it was a magical experience.

Great house, great location, but pictures weren't accurate

We had 4 families staying in this house ranging from 3 months to 68 yrs. We needed a lot of beds within a few rooms. When we arrived we found that the rooms were not furnished like the pictures, luckily my in laws brought a blow up mattress and my kids are small or we wouldn't have had enough space. One of the sliding doors to deck also had a sign on it to not use. One morning a maintenance guy just showed up at the door. No warning or heads up! We were all in our pajamas and some people were still sleeping, not exactly the morning you want to have while on vacation. Overall, the actual house and the location were great! Just sad that this is my second time having an issue with the service that rents.

Not our best vacation

The wasn’t as described, there’s was mold, broken sliding doors, the house was dirty, couches were dirty, beds were even dirtier, a pretty bad smell. The guy ended up moving us to a “Town house” ((not what I paid for)) after we waited precious time of our vacation Talking, waiting, and listening to “cleaning guy” the manager send us. just not a good experience overall, for all those reasons we had to leave, the house wasn’t as described, we had to leave.

Location amazing…needs work…new management

Location location location. Kitchen stocking was fantastic. Bathroom and bedding stock was abismal. 1 roll of tp per bathroom. This house needs serious TLC. Holes in the walls. Missing paint. Unsafe grill and propane lying around. Uncomfortable beds and couches. Worn everything. Property Management was the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Generic and terrible instructions. Mistimed and excessive emails. If you are looking for a spot for 10+ on the beach location is amazing for the price pitiful condition of the property. Would return to the area and this home but only if new property management company and condition updates are completed. If I was the owner I would be outraged.

House is nice and well equipped. Condo people from next door set up on the beach every day directly in front of our house. For the amount of money I think the beach in front of the house should be available

Annual Family Vacation

Location is great. Layout of house is really good. Kitchen is well furnished except no mixer. No futon as advertised in guest room, so we were short a bed. House needs paint and updating and doesn’t look as well as on the listing. We had maintenance issues, but they were responsive. Guest services is not responsive except by email.
