The Flamingo Cottage-Navarre Beach

About this space
Come stay in our lovely newly renovated two-story townhome on Navarre Beach. Beach access to the Gulf is 400 yards across the street ( 2-4 min walk) and a small beach on the Sound is 50 yards from the front door. The townhome sleeps four comfortably; two in the queen bed upstairs in the bedroom and two downstairs on the queen sleeper sofa.
The space
The 55'' LG 4K TV has 180+ channels streaming, and all of the popular apps. Netflix is included in your stay at The Flamingo Cottage. Enjoy the community pool outside your door which is available for your use, and the fully stocked kitchen will allow you to cook for everyone you like. All furniture in The Flamingo Cottage is new, including the mattresses, linens, etc...

100mbps wifi, beach towels, chairs and cooler are included. Please be aware that there are neighbors on one side of this unit, the other side is vacant and a studio (The FlamingoCoattge "Mini" ) below. While we want you to enjoy your stay please be respectful of your neighbors.

To access the unit, you will be ascending a set of stairs. To reach the bedroom and bathroom, you will go up the spiral staircase. You will need to be okay with stairs to stay here.
Guest access
Guest can access the entire home.
There is one designated parking space, which is #7. Any additional cars will need to park in unnumbered spaces or the cul-de-sac. A Ring device has been added to ensure no pets come into the property. The Ring device will only be active during check-in, it will be suspended during your stay, to ensure respect and privacy for each guest.
