Questa casa è un gioiello! Si trova sulle acque calme del suono e ha una vista meravigliosa. È stato arredato con gusto e può ospitare comodamente famiglie numerose o grandi gruppi di amici. È stato progettato per ospitare fino a 16 persone, ma a causa delle restrizioni HOA possiamo consentirne solo 10. Questo lo rende un vero affare per il tuo gruppo di 10 persone - un sacco di spazio extra! Dispone di cinque camere da letto e una stanza bonus più spazio di vita extra. E non dimenticare la spiaggia sabbiosa e i panorami !!

Il livello principale della casa è un concetto aperto con una grande cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi dipinti su misura, ripiani in granito e un accattivante splash posteriore in vetro! Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6-8 persone e l'area bar può ospitare altre quattro persone. La cucina è inoltre dotata di tutto il necessario.

Il soggiorno ha due grandi divani, uno dei quali è un dormiente. Ha anche due comode sedie girevoli e una grande TV a schermo piatto. Questa grande sala ha molte finestre e una porta a vetri scorrevole. Ciò non solo consente agli ospiti di godere della vista del suono, ma fornisce molta luce solare naturale. Dalla grande sala, puoi uscire allo spazioso ponte. Questo è il luogo ideale per grigliare sul barbecue a gas o gustare la tazza di caffè mattutina mentre si osservano i delfini.

Il livello principale della casa ha anche due camere da letto con letti queen size in ogni camera e televisori a schermo piatto. Un bagno completo con doccia è anche a questo livello.

Il livello superiore della casa ha una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king-size. Questa fantastica camera ha anche un balcone privato che si affaccia sul suono. Sia la camera da letto principale che il ponte privato sono luoghi perfetti per rilassarsi e leggere un libro mentre vi godete le vedute serene dell'isola e la splendida acqua. Il livello superiore della casa ha un enorme bagno "stile master" che ha un sacco di spazio, una cabina doccia, una grande vasca da bagno e banconi di grandi dimensioni con due lavandini. L'ultimo piano ha anche due camere da letto aggiuntive. Uno di questi ha un letto king-size e l'altro ha una regina. Tutte e tre queste camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.

Il piano inferiore di questa bella casa è la ciliegina sulla torta. È una fuga privata, entrando dalle scale troverai una tana di buone dimensioni con un divano letto, una sedia girevole e uno schermo piatto sul muro. Troverete anche un angolo cottura con frigorifero di dimensioni standard, lavandino, forno a microonde e lavatrice / asciugatrice sovrapposte. La camera a castello su questo piano è un grande successo con i bambini. Ha quattro letti a castello queen size, una lavagna e uno schermo piatto montato sul muro! L'intera stanza è stata progettata pensando ai bambini ed è stata creata solo per divertimento! A questo livello si trova anche un ampio bagno bellissimo con cabina doccia.

Lo spazio esterno rende la casa ancora più grande di quanto sembri. Ancora una volta, ha un grande ponte al largo del soggiorno con una griglia a propano, un balcone al largo del master, quattro balconi aggiuntivi e un'area coperta in basso per distendersi e godersi l'ombra! La casa ha un bel paesaggio con un cortile sul retro in mattoni che conduce alla passerella per il molo e il suono.

Ciò che rende questa casa così perfetta per una vacanza al mare è la sua posizione! Si trova direttamente sul suono con un molo della comunità e una spiaggia sabbiosa proprio di fronte alla casa. Quest'acqua è sempre calma e offre il nuoto perfetto quando il golfo ha bandiere rosse a causa delle correnti. Il suono è anche un ottimo posto per pescare, andare in paddle boarding, cavalcare i wave runner, cercare i paguri e numerose altre attività ... proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro!

Sun Dancer si trova in un piccolo quartiere caratteristico che ha una piscina comunitaria di buone dimensioni. Si tratta di circa quattro case fino alla piscina e una passeggiata molto breve. L'attrazione principale di Navarre Beach è il Golfo del Messico- e la spiaggia è a pochi passi o in bicicletta! Questa proprietà è la preferita di un vacanziere e prenota velocemente! My family goes to the beach every year and we decided to try Navarre this time. We usually stay on the beach but opted for this house on the Sound as we wanted a pool option and it was a ‘short walk’ to the beach. Things to note from our experience: - you will need to plan to drive a car to the beach access. It is not a bad walk but difficult with all the stuff you need to take. The house did have some chairs and wagons you could use. We used a wagon from the parking lot to the beach. - For us the trash (which is in the front of the house) smelled awful. It also looked like there was a pile of rotting fruit next to the house. Combined caused a huge fly problem. So much so that we bought fly traps bc they kept getting in the house. - the house itself was clean and there was plenty of rooms. The bed my husband and I stayed in on the main floor was the literal worst bed I’ve ever slept on. We ended up buying a mattress pad just to make it tolerable. The rest of the family seemed to be ok with their beds. - the main floor is very hot. Especially sleeping at night. There is evening sun and the AC controls are on the basement and top floors, something to keep in mind. - We rarely used the community pool. The water looked cloudy and not clean and it was small and the water was bath water warm. - there was a plumbing issue in the basement that the management team handled very quickly and efficiently. It was a city problem Overall it was not a bad house, just know these concerns

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this Beach house. The property was clean and then neighborhood was very peaceful. The property was quick to answer any questions and resolved the A/C problem quickly. We had a wonderful time!

Location was very good! Our family really enjoyed the "Sound side" ( swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, walking on the dock ,relaxing on the beach & decks) and a very short walk to the Gulf side, even our 4 year old granddaughter could walk it easily. The views were beautiful, we even saw dolphins several times from the decks & the beach. The property management was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The bunk room was very nice but the top bunks need rails to be usable for most families and it would have more convenient if you didn't have to enter the one bedroom through the Master bath upstairs. Overall nice place to stay!!!

This was a nice location on the sound, but walking in, all of the windows facing the water had shades down, and we quickly learned why. Most of the shades were broken and could not be raised. Also the windows were extremely dirty. The dining room table and chairs were quite old. When we pulled the kitchen table apart to pull out a leaf, surface below was full of grease, dirt, and unknown icky stuff. The upstairs bathroom is shared by all three bedrooms, and one of those bedroooms could only be accessed through the bathroom. In the entire bathroom, there was only one small garbage in the room with the toilet. Nothing near the sinks.

It had plenty of space for the 9 of us it was just disappointing that the dock is unusable and appears to have been for a while which wasn’t mentioned. It is really hard to share the upstairs bath when you can’t get into the bedroom without going thru the bath.

We were not happy with the upstairs arrangements. 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom and you have to walk through the bathroom to get to 1 room. No TV in 2 rooms. Not enough utensils in the kitchen and hardly any bowls or pots and pans. The wine refrigerator leaked all over the downstairs bunk bed. We will not stay here again. Fun with my family.

We've been traveling to Santa Rosa Island for over 25 years. This is one house we won't be rebooking. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to pool was great. The view of the sound was amazing! We saw a pod of dolphins multiple times from the main floor deck. Access to the sound was great, especially with our family (4 under 3 yrs). If you have kids, you MUST bring baby gates. One was provided. We brought multiple knowing that we would be dealing with lots of stairs. You could tell that the house had been cleaned and picked up before we arrived but we quickly noticed dirtiness everywhere. There was food splatter all over the kitchen. Some were directly in front of my face when I was making coffee. We had to call maintenance for a broom because the only one there was 2 ft tall and had seen much better days. There was not a vaccuum. Configuration of the house is strange. It's almost too big. There is NO GARAGE. The garage has been built out into the "bunk room/game room/kitchenette". This area was rarely used unless we were using the bathroom, doing laundry, or grabbing something from the fridge. Two of the bunk mattresses had to be folded up on a corner because the bed frame was built around one of the piers. Mattresses on main floor seemed cheap. We ended up using these rooms for our pack and plays. Mattresses on other floors were decent. Front door doesn't lock from inside. Our 2 1/2-year-old was easily able to open door without any problem. That's a little terrifying. Downstairs sliding door lock was broken. No stick to use but we called Maintenance and they brought one to us quickly. We towed a 4x8 Uhaul from Oklahoma because we have so many large children items we had to pack. Thinking we would store the Uhaul in the garage the week we'd be there and not worry about it. We didn't realize there was no garage until we pulled up. We unhooked the Uhaul after unloading and pulled it close to the house. Unaware the HOA does not allow trailers of any kind, we were told we had to move it immediately. Well, with four small children, we told them we couldn't unless there was some way to secure it without our car attached. Anyway, they never came with a ball lock for the trailer and we left two days later. The second night we were there, management came by to ask if we dumped shrimp and fish guts. We had no idea what they were talking about but by the end of our trip, we knew the HOA did not like having this house as a rental property.

The property is fabulous and looks exactly as shown on the website. We had a downstairs plumbing issue with the shower which the management had fixed promptly and were very kind and easy to communicate with via text and phone. The sunsets were magnificent from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

Enjoyed this place a lot ! Bay was a great place for the kids to play when the ocean was too rough. Very close to beach as well. Views were spectacular!!! Quiet neighborhood. Bunk beds were great for kids except there needed to be rails on top bunks. Needed a few more cooking utensils like frying pans and large baking sheets and oven mits and pot holders . Also a better broom and dust pan and mop and vacuum would be nice. Big need for some mats to wipe feet we tracked in a lot of sand. Out door shower was great and loved the pier. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Location was great! We had the Sound right behind us and the beach a short distance. Neighborhood pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. Big problem was the air on the main floor where the kitchen,living room and 2 bedrooms were. We were not able to use the bedrooms, family slept downstairs in the bunk room. The top floor was cool and the bottom floor was too. The sun came in through the glass sliding doors and heated the main living area. We called maintenance and he came and told us he could do nothing, he did get us fans but it was still hot. It wasn't even that hot outside,a high of 83. Beautiful place and great area but the air on the main floor was a problem.

House has great potential and worked for our family this trip with plenty of room to allow for privacy but gathering in central areas. House needs the deck refinished...we did have an issue with ac and I have to commend the rental company for they had repairs done within an hour of reporting. Communication for check in, maintenance and check out was easy and excellent through text. Surprise was neighbors barking dogs.

Beautifully renovated beach house. perfect view of sunset over the sound. House is beautifully decorated w great outdoor space. Major drawback is second floor has 3 bedrooms, all of which share the master bathroom. Also no extra blankets, blowdryers or kitchen appliances ie electric skillet, blender, no broom. No rugs or floor mats in any rooms or bathroom. Not even trashcans in bathrooms. A few extra necessities would be all it takes to make it a perfect spot.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! There are some nice cosmetic updates to this bayfront home! The living room and kitchen are nicely decorated! The best parts of the home are the awesome updated basement, with kitchenette, living room area, AMAZING Bunk room with attached nicely done bathroom. There are a few things we didn't like..you have to go through the "shared" master bathroom to get to one of the king bed rooms-a little odd. Two downstairs full beds very uncomfortable...upstairs beds much nicer mattresses! Also, if you are someone who likes to unpack, there is a shortage of dressers/storage(really only the master has a small armoir)/not all rooms have closets. There are 3 bathrooms, but we are used to each bedroom having it's "own" bathroom-and these are shared bathrooms. Also, the kitchen has very limited storage for food/no pantry-it seems to be better equipped for people who like to eat out instead of cooking in. (there were only 5 spoons) Although the house was "clean," it's in need of a deep cleaning (lots of smudges/dirt on walls, light switches, steps) We did not call to complain, but these are things that need to be aware of? Garbage was apparently put out late by previous tennants, so 4 very full containers sat out front from sat to wed (along with a table and 6 chairs that owner was getting rid of -the whole week) -we did call about both of those things, but nothing was done)

Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. Our group consisted of a five month old to a 78 year old. Enjoyed the sunsets and short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

The house itself is lovely and in a good location. At first glance it seemed like all of us were going to have a nice family reunion. That is until the neighbor complained that we were noisy on the patio at 10pm. We were all just talking on the patio. No music. The following evening we were contacted by property management at 7:45pm that we were again making too much noise. We were threatened that they would physically come remove us. We were making a normal amount of noise. We had an array of ages from 3-63. We were not a fraternity or bunch of college kids. Needless to say our vacation was ruined as we felt we had to stay indoors the rest of the trip. Not good. Other cons: Not enough towels. Literally one toilet paper roll per bathroom. Not one garbage bag. Not one seasoning in the house. You literally needed to buy/bring EVERYTHING. The WiFi did not work For the price you’d think they would provide something “extra”. If you are a large party that wants a family reunion and you want to enjoy the patio on the beach and NOT talk, then it’s pefect, if you actually like each other and want to catch up then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Gulf Coast Getaways was the name of the Property Management Company and they were completely unprofessional. Ruined vacation.
