Welcome to Your New "HAPPY PLACE" on your Island get away!

This lovely Townhome has been completely updated with new appliances, flooring, etc. It is one minute from the Santa Rosa Sound and four minutes to the most gorgeous beach in the world. It can comfortably sleep 5 people. There is a washer and dryer available and an outdoor shower. The view from the balcony of the bridge leading over to your new "Happy Place"! It features the longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico (over 1/2 mile long). Ample golf courses, restaurants, bike rentals, and fresh seafood.

ABSOLUTELY incredible.I should rate this place one star so my family and I could keep it all for ourselves... However, that would be impossible because the Happy Place was beyond our expectations..Randy and Joyce were such great hosts! The property was elegantly decorated and you really felt relaxed during the stay. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are extremely comfy. The house was well stocked with whatever you may need from dishes, to toiletries, to beach equipment. My kids (3 & 10) were very impressed with the house as well and really enjoyed playing on the balcony every morning. My 2 Jack Russels also enjoyed sunbathing on the balcony. All in all? 10 out of 10. From communication, location, and sheer relaxation... The Happy Place nails it.We look forward to coming back next year!!

Great property close to the beach and turtle center

We loved our stay at Randy and Joyce's Happy Place! We enjoyed the beach, sound, and visiting the seat turtle center. The host is very responsive, welcoming, and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Navarre Beach.

Amazing!

A relaxing, quiet and wonderful space!

This property is so conducive to relaxing! We loved the front patio, watching the boats come in as we drank coffee in the mornings. The back patio was great as well. My husband especially loved the fluffy towels and the huge TVs. This property has everything you need for vacation. A great location, space and very clean. We loved it!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay so much. The beds in the room are electric and can raise and lower. That was a cool feature. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. The location is great and we were able to visit lots of surrounding areas. The condo is nicely updated and clean. We give it a 10/10!

Great beach week

Property was as advertised. Bay was a very short walk, gulf was a walk across the street. House was perfect. Clean and everything that was needed for a great getaway. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Had no issues during our stay, but they checked in wit us a couple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing family getaway

Property was very clean and updated. Owners supplied beach chairs, cooler, and even wagon for pulling items which made packing easier. Was listed as 3 bedrooms although only 2 real bedrooms and one rollaway inside a closet. Pictures were accurate on website.

Loved it

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Has everything you will need for a great beach vacation. Communication with owners was amazing. This is one of our new favorite places to stay in Navarre we will return. Beds were super comfortable as well

Great stay in a great location!

Everything we needed was there! Great communication with Randy! He went above and beyond to accommodate our trailer & was incredible kind through the entire booking and stay! Very comfortable accommodations and well stocked rental. The only slight issue was the fridge/freezer leaked sporadically but nothing huge. Highly recommended renting this unit from Randy!

Truly a Happy Place

Navarre Beach is our home away and we come quite often. Randy and Joyce's Happy Place truly is that. It is wonderfully equipped with everything you need, has a great location and everything was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Make husband actually wanted to take home the couch...haha. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we'd love to stay again!

Awesome Experience

Randy and Joyces' Happy Place is exactly that. Our adult son came down from Alaska wanting down time, sun and warmth, fishing, and fine seafood dining. We got it all...in walking distance! And the lodging has to be experienced. Nice little surprises here and there. Worth every penny and more! Thanks Randy Joyce and Cindy!

JUST BOOK IT - EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS HERE!

Our family LOVED staying at “Our Happy Place,” which sits on a super quiet street with friendly neighbors. Randy & Joyce are very kind & super quick to help with anything we needed. Inside & outside, the condo is very tastefully updated, with plenty of space for the 4 of us & our 2 pups. The property manager, Cindy, lives downstairs and is eager to help if you need it. Also, the condo has a PRIVATE GARAGE! SO helpful to store our beach items! The garage also contains (for your use) a bunch of new beach chairs, a nice charcoal grill, a beach cooler, extra patio chairs…pretty much everything you need! Also, there is an outdoor shower/water spigot to rinse off toys/sandy feet, but the condo has beautiful wood tile flooring, making it easy to clean up any sand we dragged in. We appreciated how super clean it was with BIG closets, fluffy towels, a large cozy sofa, very nice sheets/blankets, a large round dining table, a lovely view of the bay from the outdoor balcony, a giant “back yard” to play frisbee with our pups, a complete set of Circulon pans for cooking, plenty of dishes/cups/wine glasses…even chilled beer glasses in the freezer! Close enough to walk down to the pier/restaurants/public beach areas. My son, who needs “downtime” here and there to “recharge his batteries,” really enjoyed sitting on the quiet back balcony off the Primary Suite. There are too many wonderful things to list here…we had a PERFECT stay! We can’t wait to come here again!

Amazing property - close location to access Navarre beach, Navarre pier and a nice distance from VPS or Pensacola. Owners are top notch - great service, make you feel right at home with all the extras.

rained most of the time but we fished while it rained and still found some time to sit on the beach in the afternoons.the sun would come out in the late afternoons.we had a great time.
