Welcome to Your New "HAPPY PLACE" on your Island get away!

  • This lovely Townhome has been completely updated with new appliances, flooring, etc. It is one minute from the Santa Rosa Sound and four minutes to the most gorgeous beach in the world. It can comfortably sleep 5 people. There is a washer and dryer available and an outdoor shower. The view from the balcony of the bridge leading over to your new "Happy Place"! It features the longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico (over 1/2 mile long). Ample golf courses, restaurants, bike rentals, and fresh seafood.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is such a nice home and in a very good location. My daughter and friend had so much fun riding the bikes that were provided and the chairs were so nice and comfortable to have to take to the beach. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach. "Happy Place" was very nice on the inside. It had everything we needed for our stay. We greatly appreciated the wine and chocolate to celebrate a 70th birthday! Would definitely recommend "Happy Place" to anyone.

The condo was awesome, we loved it. It was well stocked and very comfortable and quiet. The host were so helpful, we had a little trouble with the door lock upon entry but they were there in a flash to make it right and get us settled. They offered some great beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was pet friendly. First class hosts and customer service, they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit and we plan to stay there again.

My family and I loved our visit, it truly is a Happy Place. My son's had the best time. We loved that you provided beach chairs for everyone, since traveling from Nebraska with a car full it was one less thing we had to bring. Thank you, we plan on coming back in the near future!

The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed for the six adults that vacationed. Loved the big kitchen, large master bedroom and beautiful master bathroom. The view and location was amazing and was within a short walking distance to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Enjoyed the bicycles, the ping pong table, the huge deck, the private pier and nice pool. Very quite stay and met some really nice people during our stay. Had a couple of questions during our stay and they were answered quickly and professionally. Would have been awesome if we could have rented the golf cart that was in the garage but the townhouse on the end had some you could rent. Overall would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Randy and Joyce, thanks so much for the beautiful stay. Our son really enjoyed it. What a great time!For everyone else, this is our second time staying at the Happy Place. It's very clean and cozy. Randy and Joyce are so helpful and very friendly. treated us with a bottle of wine, chocolate and bottled water. That's the way to start a vacation off! And folks, it's close to fishing and the beach. We will definitely be coming back for our next vacation. Also, thanks to Cindy the property manager for being there in case you need anything. She is always very sweet and friendly. Can't wait to see you guys' again thanks for everything. Will and Carol

Truly is a Happy Place

This is a very nice condo with a great location which made for a very relaxing vacation. The hosts were excellent and provided everything needed for a great stay. The deck had a great view of the bay, and the beach was a short walk.
