“Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast...

“Staff were amazing. My son fell sick on the first day and vomited over the sheets. The staff changed them 7 times in two days all with smiles and empathy towards what is happening. Food was delicious and bed was comfortable”
