“The room was very clean. Our stay there was very pleasant. We would like the coffee shop to be open earlier especially if you are an early riser. There was no coffee available in the lobby. Overall we will stay there again.”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Hotel was just OK. Room was clean, but several things were broken (comfy chair, microwave, decorative handles on things). At 4:00 AM, they were vacuuming the hallway carpet right outside our room. Bed was GREAT! Soft and comfy. Breakfast bar was nice. Staff was friendly. Seems like it was a place where a lot of semi truckers stay as there were lots of trucks in the parking lot and lots of men milling about in the parking lot on their phones. I was a solo traveler but the many families I saw on a Saturday morning in the breakfast area looked to be enjoying their stay as well. One small request, next remodel chose bedside lamps with USB ports. I forgot my phone adaptor and had to use the TV.”

“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied.
