“Amazing resort and staff. The spa massuese boss, Raja, was very kind to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my mom's 70th birthday.
Only some parts of the room and resort was old and needed renovation.
But amazing staff, resort, breakfast buffet spread. Will visit again!”

*Room was very clean with clean linens
*Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat
*Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case.
Otherwise for the price offered it's excellent ”

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.”
