“The property and room were clean and well appointed. Easy access to boardwalk and downtown.”

“Everything was in good condition and clean however the floors and walls are made of older construction. Everything creaks so when you’re walking on the floor the people below can hear it all.”

“The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.”

“Clean room and staff were great. The hotel has exterior renovations being done so construction noise going on during the day. They let us know the day we were arriving that the hot tub was out of service.”

“Our first trip to Seaside was a success and this hotel worked well for exploring the area. It has a cute coastal vibe and although the exterior looked a little rough, the inside was a pleasant surprise — clean, comfortable, and more updated than expected. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
